Is this that debate from last year??

I haven’t heard it yet…so much stuff to listen to. In my email conversations with CARM, they were simply inconsistent and had erroneous eisegesis of various passages.
 
We must remember the words of St. Francis, “where there is hatred sew love”. It’s time to buckle up Catholic Christians and strengthen our roots, the hatred above gives us a glimpse of the future. But, where hatred is sewn, there is more opportunity to show the mercy of Christ and I praise God for that! Those who are His will be known by their love for one another.

No, the joke is on Catholics for falling for it. The miracles just more firmly confirm Catholics in their false belief that they need to go through Mary to get closer to God. Jews have lost their minds. The destruction of the Temple was replaced with Synagogues. Imagine that! When the Jew attempts to meet Yom Kippur with Mitzvot he/she is deceiving themselves. Go back and read Lev 16. Count how many times it is said to be an everlasting ordinance!

God isnt playing games. He has given specific instructions on how to enter his kingdom. Religious Jews and Roman Catholics are not following the prescription given. Thus, they will die in their sins.

Good advice. Its like trying to calm and angry mob that shouted “crucify him” over there on carm though.

I am not suggesting by any means that we not speak the truth with passion and conviction, but this can be done with love and mercy. The trick is never taking our eys off of the fact that these folks are at CARM real human beings with real fears, hurts, sorrows, regrets, loves and passions, they have kids, they are moms and dads, sons and daughters and some of them really love Jesus and I praise God for that.

This takes real effort to love and not to hate. I feel that often times the world of apologetics becomes a cold callous place where we begin to see our so called “opponents” as numbers or projects to dispose of when they are defeated and therein lies the danger.

That is an anti-christ spirit simply because the devil is always seeking to demoralize people made in Gods image, to bring them down to the level of the animals, to do violence with one another, to slander and mock one another.This is what I loved about John Paul II: he taught us the true meaning of mercy, he was completely abused by the media and the world, by Protestants, by schimatics yet how many times did we ever hear him lash back in anger or call down judgement upon anyone? The answer is none because he knew the meaning of Mercy…
