As part of our custom, we visit seven churches on Holy Thursday evening after the Mass to pray the Stations of the Cross and adore the reposed Blessed Sacrament in the Altar of Repose. As we visited the final church (around 11:30), we prayed the Stations and spent moments in adoration. Then at around midnight, 4 servers with torches and a priest (wearing a white stole and humeral veil) arrived at the Altar of Repose. The priest then knelt in prayer and after a few moments, he got the Blessed Sacrament and left the Altar of Repose with the servers carrying torches.
