Praying …Eternal rest grant unto them OH Lord and let your perpetual light shine upon them and may their souls and the souls of all the faithful departed through the Mercy of God rest in your peace…Amen

May the number of those in the Presence of the Glory of God continue to increase, and that it specially includes the six siblings, Jillian, and Ralph. In Jesus’ Name. Amen.:gopray2:
I’d like to post in memory of my six siblings. They were called to be with Our Lord before they were born. I’d also like to post in memory of my friend, Jillian, and my grandfather, Ralph. May Our Lord be with all of them and the faithful departed.

Amen.

Is it possible for someone to be in purgatory for longer than they were alive? Like, perhaps a thousand years?

Praying …Eternal rest grant unto them OH Lord and let your perpetual light shine upon them and may their souls and the souls of all the faithful departed through the Mercy of God rest in your peace…Amen

I just read on www.spiritdaily.com that the Pope said purgatory is not a place, but a process our souls go through before presenting themselves to God. The fact that our prayers help souls move through that process faster…makes me feel like we need to start prayer groups to help them. There is one every Saturday morning at a church about 25 minutes away from me. Maybe I’ll start going. May God bless them with His truth, His love, His light and His Divine protection. Amen.

I am a self employed contractor, today I went back to check on a prospect, a man I have worked for over ten years about once a year. I just spoke to him the 3rd of this January and I stopped by today and asked his step daughter if he was around and she told me he died of a massive heart attack the 5th. I was devastated, this was a great man, he was an immigrant from Mexico, he married an american woman after starting a business in Texas repairing cars, he left behind two young childen and a greiving widow and her daughter from a previous marriage. I do not know if he was catholic, he was however a straight shooter, a man who was honest and a hard worker, a pleasure to talk to. he looked the picture of health, always had a smile on his face and a good word for anyone he discussed, I respected him, he was only 45 years old. Please offer a prayer for him. His name is Juan Mata and I was lucky to know him and consider him a friend.

Eternal rest, Grant unto him O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon him. May he rest in peace. Amen

My prayers always for this man and his family. It is always a wonder to me that God will hear my prayer and always allow my prayers for those requested once I have offered them. God bless you for caring for this man.

May God bring to Home to Himself all the souls of those in purgatory, especially those in most pain and suffering, because of being furthest away from His Presence. In Jesus’ Name. Amen.

Praying for all Beloved Souls in Purgatory

Eternal Father, I offer Thee the Most Precious Blood of Thy Divine Son, Jesus, in union with the masses said throughout the world today, for all the holy souls in purgatory, for sinners everywhere, for sinners in the universal church, those in my own home and within my family.

Amen. :highprayer::signofcross:

Almighty Father, eternal God, hear our prayers for Your sons and daughters whom You have called from this life to Yourself. Grant them light, happiness, and peace. Let them pass in safety through the gates of death, and live forever with all Your saints in the light You promised to Abraham and to all his descendants in faith. Guard them from all harm and on that great day of resurrection and reward raise them up with all Your saints. Pardon their sins and give them eternal life in Your kingdom.

We ask this through Christ our Lord. Amen.

Praying for all poor souls in Purgatory.

Please pray especially for my father, many uncles, aunts and cousins, and my sister-in-law’s mom, sister, and brother, and all those I know who have passed on to the next life. Also for a man who has gone home probably to die soon.

Say an extra prayer for my deceased uncle, who IS a priest, forever.

Eternal rest grant unto them oh Lord and let your perpetual light shine upon them and may their souls and the souls of all the faithful departed through the mercy of God rest in peace, Amen.
