Died in his sleep just this Sept.12th of a probable heart attack or complicated acute pancreatitis. One of his sister is also a high school batchmate of mine. He was an only son.

We had our share of petty arguments as he was fond of teasing me years ago, but I always knew he was one of the good guys.

I do remember that he had a scapular of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel. He was found dead on the 12th (feast of the Holy Name of Mary) which is what is written on his death certificate as he was pronounced dead that day, but we all think he died the day before (a Saturday!) because he spent that whole day “sleeping”.

“Eternal rest, grant unto him, O Lord. And let perpetual light shine upon him. May he rest in peace. Amen. May his soul and the souls of all the faithful departed, through the mercy of God rest in peace. Amen.”

I dedicate a Hail Mary for my best of friends, Kristy Matthers who died in 2007, 6 days before she would have celebrated her 20’th birthday… yet maybe her death by car accident was better than dying of methastasys cause of brain cancer… And a Hail Mary for my fiance’s dad, Vasile and a Hail Mary for my fiance’s grandad Costache. May God bless their souls and grant thm His eternal love and light…❤️:amen:

I’m sorry to hear that, may God have mercy on you and forgive your coworker. Also my cousin took his life this autumn cause he was suffering of depression and schizofrenia… he passe away at 27… Hail Mary…

In memory of my father and mother.

My father died of heart disease at 61, the family was not Christian at that time, and we found it odd he had been reading his Bible. We trust his eternity to our Lord.

My mother died at 58 due to lung cancer. She had come to know Jesus in a Pentecostal church 4 years earlier and was baptised. She spent her last 4 years living her life for Jesus!

I pray I will see them both in heaven some day!

Hail Mary, full of grace,
the Lord is with you;
blessed are you among women,
and blessed is the fruit of your womb, Jesus.

Holy Mary, Mother of God,
pray for us sinners,
now and at the hour of our death.
Amen.
