The Invisible Crisis: Small Children Crossing the US Border on Their Own

Yes and they have probably been supported along the way by our government. This has to have been orchestrated for it to be happening all of a sudden. I wish I had a link to an article I read earlier by a group of current border agents or ex border agents. They made it very clear who is behind this.

What diseases might they be bringing with them?
Why does the Obama administration not want to protect our nation?
We have these women and children streaming across the border and Ibama releases 5 dangerous prisoners who will more than likely return to their groups and plot against the interests of our country.
Life in the united states is so bizarre these days.
I can’t believe I am living in america anymore.

Right, this became part of the immigration debate to allow children citizenship. When that hit the media then the above began I believe. 🙂
 
Wow. That is horrible. I hope they are at least being provided with food, water, shelter, and medical care.
 
well the baptist church came to their rescue right away.volunteers from that faith even traveled hundreds of miles from dallas and san antonio .it is likely that they were there to convert them,since they know majority of them are catholics.they were not there to really help them about their condition.im not prejudging them,but they proudly admitted yrs before on san antonio express news, that once these people cross the border ,they tell them to discard any catholic religious articles and convert to their fold.then,they give them king james version bibles.
 
I am not sure if this is such an invisible crisis. The Republicans are wrong on this because they are still blinded by their agenda to stop Obama at the costs of bringing down the United States. Polls say that most Americans want the issue solved and find a way to absorb immigrant kids who lived in the states most of their lives. Yet it is their out of touch representatives (as Cantor found out with his electors) are not representing that generous American spirit.

It’s the Republicans fault that all these children are being dumped on US soil? Sure, and the Easter Bunny can fly. This mess lies squarely with Obama and his pen & phone. It’s just one more unintended consequence of acting without thinking.

The parents saw an opportunity and they took it (I likely would have too if I was in their shoes.) An estimated 90,000+ children will be dumped in the US from south of the border this year alone. This causes a huge problem for our welfare systems. If you think people are suffering now from lack of funding, go ahead and try spreading those limited dollars to an addition 100,000+ people and add in the cost for foster care, education, etc. It won’t be the wealthy who suffer because of this disaster of an administration, it will be the poor who already live here that get stiffed. But, I guess those poor don’t count.

And while the Church is borderless, countries and their economies are not. Those children should be returned home to their parents where they belong.

Yes, at the very least we should ship them back to their immediate point of origin - Mexico - as fast as they swarm across the border. It’s absolute insanity to have a policy whereby a presumption of legal residency is established merely by running across the border.
 
It will be a miracle if the U.S. survives the rule of Obama and his ever-more-left-wing party in anything other than continuous crisis.

Obama won’t enforce the law because he wants to change the demographics of the U.S. for political reasons.

They aren’t all from Mexico. They are refugees fleeing South American criminal gangs. They should be treated as such and not sent back. How heartless do you have to be to turn children away and send them back to certain death or life as a criminal or both.

That’s the goal, though, right? The destruction of the US has, I thought, always been the ultimate goal.
 
Evil men have stooped to a new low. These kids are being exploited by politicians and the open borders crowd who clearly engineered this; they certainly didn’t come on their own. If they can’t attain their political goals by ordinary means, they create a humanitarian crisis. They are absolute cowards and why, or why, would the parents allow this thing to happen?

That’s why I said immediate point of origin. They entered the US from Mexico; therefore that’s where they should be returned. Mexico can deal with them from there. The US taxpayers simply cannot accommodate this invasion.

It’s not an invasion. What do you think will happen to these children if we just turn them away? Do you think it will teach them or their parents a lesson?

You are putting money and politics ahead of the lives of these children. Sorry, but we can and must accommodate these refugees. To do anything else would be unjust.

Yes, this is what the Obama Administration would have you believe. Creating a crisis so you can attain your goal is an old trick and they are not adverse to hurting children and using sympathy to do so.

Most believe there is a renewed push for amnesty. I believe there is an ongoing push to achieve global socialism.
 
What would the Bishops have to tell us about how we should treat children who immigrate to our nation?
