Well my mom brought me some blueberries when she visited so I’m going to try blueberry coconut scones today with toasted coconut and macadamia nuts. King Arthur has this great coconut powder that is terrific; reconstitute it with a ratio of half water to powder and it’s like light coconut milk (NOT the ‘cream of coconut’ sweet stuff, just a nice milk). Gives a denser firmer texture to the scones and a nice flavor.

Here’s a picture of antique Irish clay pipes. Farmers would uses these inexpensive pipes out in the fields, and then stow them in the stone walls. We have found several on our farm from literally eons ago. This is what they look like:
