D&C 88:

32 And they who remain shall also be quickened; nevertheless, they shall return again to their own place, to enjoy that which they are willing to receive, because they were not willing to enjoy that which they might have received.

33 For what doth it profit a man if a gift is bestowed upon him, and he receive not the gift? Behold, he rejoices not in that which is given unto him, neither rejoices in him who is the giver of the gift.

From your previous posts it seems like you actually believe the Mormon missionaries ae indeed correct. Are you Mormon? Just curious, not starting an argument, itā€™s just your posts imply something and I wantto know if I get the correct implication.

So if we are not Mormon we are Christians in apostasy, and instead of our soul living on in Godā€™s grace we will inseatd simply cease to be, while you as a Mormon will live forever as almost a god yourself?:rolleyes:
 
It is what you believe though. I do not know the specifics, but Mormons do believe in reaching an existence that is near godlike. Perhaps you could fill me in on the specifics? Without trying to deny it of courseā€¦

Yes, that part of it is probably about right. We believe that to achieve the highest degree of salvation or exaltation in the kingdom of God entails a certain measure of deification.

You also believe that Kolob is the planet closest to God and that someday you will be a god, having eternal intercourse to create spirit babies to populate your planet. None of this has any basis in reality either.

in all honesty I have not heard Mormons speak of any planet named ā€œKolobā€ but then again, most Scientologists still publicy try to deny their belief in Xenuā€¦
