This is exactly my point. The scriptures tell us, that there is no marriage in heaven. There will cease to be any further reproduction. We will be judged, and from this judgement, the rewards and penalties will be applied for eternity. We will no longer be as we are now. We will have new ‘bodies’, and all sin (including sexual desires) will be eliminated, with the eternal damnation of satan and his followers.

In and of themselves, sexual desires are not sinful. They become sinful only when they occur in the wrong place and the wrong time and for the wrong person (ie. someone who isn’t your spouse). If it were otherwise, then it would be wrong for someone to want to get frisky with their spouse and as a result of that catch-22, how would any of us be born?

I believe this should suffice to prove that not only Allah promises “virgin houris” to the righteous Muslims but also “never-aging boys” as white as pearls.

There are also several hadith that confirm sex in paradise. Hadith are the sayings of the Prophet. The following are few of them

The funny thing is that all the Muslims who post here claim to read the Quran and yet don’t know what it states or pretend not to know what it says. They must have a “parental control” chip built into them to bleep out what is unpalatable!

Well, God told us what made a sin. In the OT He gave us the 10 Commandments. In the NT Jesus gave us the command, Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.’ This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like it: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’ All the Law and the Prophets hang on these two commandments.

The later command from Jesus encapsulates the 10 Commandments.

And what did mohammed do? He broke most of the 10 commandments. And he broke Jesus’ 2nd command and didn’t even get the first command correct because he didn’t say to love God with all your heart and soul - he just said to love it (sorry, but I don’t think allah is God) to get allah’s forgiveness and love. Sort of a big let down in my estimatation.

“Say, If ye love Allah, follow me; Allah will love you and forgive you your sins”. Surah 3:31

And because mohammed broke most of the 10 Commandments he had to redefine sin. So, all mohammed’s poor behavior is passed off as ok since ‘allah said it was ok’. I don’t know how any thinking person can accept that. To make a law for some and not for others? Even Jesus obeyed the 10 Commandments. How could He justify breaking any of them and then say, ‘well, I am God so I can break them’, or ‘God said I could break them’. If His only Son could break God’s commandments then those commandments are worthless. And in my estimation again - Jesus was the perfect example of One who followed those 10 commandments.

So, in islam sin is redefined. And this is one reason why islam is not from God. It changes the original message of the Bible.

But I read, probably here at CAF, that these virgins are not necessarily women who died virgins on earth, but are created in heaven as rewards for those that God favors, and are not necessarily for the sexual pleasure of God’s favored.

Isn’t it reasonable that faith in the true God, being committed to Him, and obeying Him will allow one to walk in friendship with God. Additionally, God is pleased when we love Him first, and love others as ourselves…

That being said, I propose that the Muslim practice of suicide bombing, where you blow others up as you do yourself, does not qualify for treating others as you do yourself under God’s true will. It’s a twisted form of sacrifice, done out of hatred for others. There is no balanced love there, so cannot meet God’s definition of charity toward our fellow humans. Certainly, God is not satisfied with this.

Thank you. I’m all too familiar with this, having friends who live in Israel. I’ve also lived in Israel on assignment for six months and have had a bomb go off very near to where I was staying, then later having heard that a restaurant we had gone to was bombed. I’ve had other trips to the middle East, and studied what Islam was all about. It took me very short time to understand it was wrong, and it the wrongness of it kept unfolding into a massive problem.

I was once talking to a Muslim pilot who asked me if I believed in predestination or free will. Naturally, I told him free will. He said he didn’t. We see many problems with this, as they have no personal responsibility for themselves, as it’s always interpreted as the will of God. Then also, their definition would have God create sinful behavior… it just isn’t so!
