Hey, did everybody catch Fr.Groeschel’s “Sunday Night Live” program on 2/19? It will air again on Saturday, at 5 p.m. Eastern time.
(The other Benedicts are St. Benedict, Benedict Arnold, His Holiness Benedict XVI)
Gee, he had a great program about the Church and the need for reform. He expressed something that I know certainly affects many in these forums, that the need for reform has the effect on many of us of “breaking our hearts.”
And, of course, the evidence of the need for reform are the scandals in the church, the priest sexual abuse scandal, Catholics who are pro-abortion and pro-euthanasia, etc.
He says the need for reform is often based on evidence that challenges that the Church is one, holy, and Catholic. I believe that was a quotation from Pope Benedict’s earlier book, “Introduction to Christianity.”
Quite an interesting show.
He says that soon there will be a new program on Thursday nights following the “Life on the Rock” program, and the topic will be the parables of Christ.
