The physics behind resurrection of the body

There have been some rather gruesome thought experiments on this (If Harry ate Bob and incorporated Bob’s material into his own, but then Harry was ate by Sam… who gets the matter?)

I’ve seen it proposed that we don’t necessarily get all of the original matter that composed our bodies back, but at least a portion will be reconstituted into it.

But this reunion makes the soul having a complete control of the physical body at quantum level.

Such scientifically specific statements make me uneasy, and maybe I’m wrong on that. I’d prefer to speak more general and just say that our spiritual bodies have addition conscious physical (as in "the science of physics) control over themselves.

BTW materialists always forget the fact that we don’t know (scientifically) exactly what is matter. Matter is something very mysterious in its fundamentals.
