Actually, I was the best in my class! I can still do it to the amazement and respect of my church, not really but my family are amused by it, mind you they say I cheat, that my ears stay still and it’s my head moving. I first discovered I could do it whilst working out, working out how to do some simple maths at school. Then I worked out how to drill like a dentist into a piece of chalk with my fountain pen. My education was quite eclectic.

Oops

TPAM needs new carpet slippers.

Since I do not have carpet slippers I guess I do.

Speaking of wiggling one’s ears I’ve only been able to do that once, but I had help from Mr Z my 8th grade English teacher. On the first day of class Mr Z, who was from New Zealand, announced he was going to teach us the “Queen’s English”.
Since I’m a decedent of Scottish Jacobite as well as Yankee rebels my genes kicked in and I asked him "Sir is that the Queen of Hearts or Clubs?’ 😁
Mr Z was not amused and grabbed me by my ears made me stand up, and marched me into a corner. I think my ears did not stop wiggling for a good 20 minutes. 🤣
The next time I got into trouble in his class he introduced me to the game of Cricket by paddling my bottom with a Cricket Bat. :cricket_bat_and_ball: 🙃

TPAM has been to a casino?

That’s very funny milt.

Remember though we British aren’t the government, or the Queen or authority figures, we all cry, laugh and love the same way don’t we?

Incidentally cricket isn’t played that way you know 😉

I once played upstairs at Ronnie Scott’s famous jazz club in London! True. Bass guitar. Gtang gtang.

He said if I ever improved I could come down. (Untrue😉)

TPAM Likes to splash out on …a puddle.

I am glad to hear that, and happy he wasn’t into Sumo wrestling. 🤣

As a young lad there was not a puddle within view that I, my brother, and friends did not cause a splash.

TPAM is a grand parent?

That sounds great Milt! Then you must have also had at least one catapult between you?

TPAM always remembers to have a safety pin, pocket knife, elastic band and a piece of string in his/her pocket before leaving on any meaningful trip.

Actually, I have all that with me whenever I leave the apartment, not just on “meaningful” trips 😊

TPAM smokes. 🚬

No. But I used to smoke socially as a teen. I haven’t had a cigarette in over 30 years, but, I still have it on my medical chart “former smoker”. My lungs must have regenerated 4 times since then,

TPAM is allergic to wool,

Not really but definately Laylandi and tomato plant leaves!

TPAM has read the same newspaper for over twenty years

Yes I read it every morning, and work the crossword puzzle, with my coffee.
TPAM plays chess.

I play chess like a pro, a pro pool player that is. (I’m ok at chess)

TPAM once saw a mermaid

I’ve seen (on TV…) the one on the promenade in Copenhagen. Does that count?

TPAM’s car has an automatic transmission.

Yay! Yes, that counts.

No I don’t have automatic transmission, I have had but not now. Even my auto tune radio lost my favourite station, it’s so complicated to figure out how to refind it, probably have to use my go to tool eventually, 22oz hammer.

TPAM has a fine pair of binoculars! 🐰

No.
I do not like those auto tune radios. Call me old fashioned, but I will take the good old reliable dial radios any day.
TPAM owns a shotgun?
