That may be true, but does that invalidate the photos in any way?

The photos were lifted off of the PP’s own website and speak for themselves.
the photos were completely benign. they have the sensibility at that site of a 8 year old shrinking violet. “ohhhh… she has a dress on and you see knees… ohhhhhh… end of the world… morals are gone… blah blah blah…”

it’s the same anti-Catholic Jack Chick fundamentalist junk repackaged under a Catholic identity. I wouldn’t be surprised if the site was an anti-Catholic cloak meant to undermine Catholics faith by ill willed people.

not all appear to be what they say they are.

what, do you want the aboriginal tribeswomen wearing a colonial dress and speaking queen’s english? i EXPECT her to wear traditional garb, and if that includes breasts… so be it. that’s not immodest in that context.
and that is the problem with EVERY picture there… they are ALL out of context to prove their skewed point of view.

and anyone who is so offended by seeing knees on a GYMNAST needs serious evaluation. I can’t be bothered with people who have their sensitivity meter set to HIGH and then put websites up to prove their point. it’s ridiculous to give that website a second look because the thoughts of the website are insane.

You hit it right on the nail👍

Web Site Review from Catholic Culture:
**
Tradition in Action
claims to be “committed to defend the perennial Magisterium of Holy Mother Church and Catholic traditions. TIA also works for a restoration of Christian civilization, adapted to contemporary historical circumstances.”
However, TIA’s members attempt to do this by ridiculing the Roman clergy, the Pope, and many prominent Catholic leaders and religious. Their manner of presenting pictures and commentary completely aside from any context is both a misrepresentation of facts and disgraceful to the Church and Her hierarchy. While ostensibly seeking to reinstate traditions in the Church, this site ridicules the living Tradition of the Church’s Magisterium and therefore, it cannot validly claim a right to defense of Holy Mother Church.**

Do you think the world’s morals have not slipped?

Can you give us some substance, or is that all you’ve got?
not all appear to be what they say they are.
And, sadly, you appear exactly as you are.

Are you always this bothered, I mean you do seem a bit sensitive yourself.

QUOTE=Bennie P;2378772]They don’t only go to far, but are in schism and most likely should be considered an enemy of the Church.:knight2:
Mel Gibson is a sedevacantist. He believes that Vatican II corrupted the Chruch.

Did you go to his movie *Passion of the Christ? * Or did you avoid it because you would have to consider him an enemy of the Church?

Something tells me the traditionists are dissatisfied with all the good comments that came forth on behalf of this priest. The thread is being sabotaged with all kinds of illogical rhetoric, and in some cases pure nastiness, almost as a ploy to get it shut down.

I have seen challenges to what one is studying, allegations regarding Mother Teresa’s unorthodoxy, hotty liturgical dancers —
and now a pitiful reference to the Passion in order to justify, I presume, that TIA is therefore not all that bad. Jeesh!

I would expect that the group-think mentality of traditionists that have entered this thread is not going to produce anything of positive value concerning this priest, the Pope, or Mother Teresa. So I ask again,

Is it TRUE,

Is it CHARITABLE, and

Is it NECESSARY … to demean them publicly to satisfy your itch to take another down?

Mel Gibson hasn’t made it his mission to undermind the Church and this has nothing to do with the thread’s topic.

Besides I don’t know if Mel Gibson is truly a sedevacantist, just because his father is, I haven’t seen where he has made that claim for himself. My father is a dead methodist, does that make me a ghost?

Twin sisters Rebeccca and Nicole Creehan, also from Holy Eucharist Parish, said they “really liked” Father Lubic’s keynote address in which he urged everyone to work on building a relationship with Jesus through prayer and the Eucharist, a personal relationship that would open them up to a “two-way street” where there would be time to speak to the Lord and listen for his response. “Father Bob was good,” Rebecca said. “He was interesting and relevant,” her sister added.

Then why is his narcissistic website entitled “thepunkpriest”?

Does he have a split personality and become “theorthdoxpriest” when in the presence of a bishop?

If a “punkpriest” is OK, why not a “punkbishop” or even a “punkpope”??

Just think of all the youth that will be attracted!!
