I’ve been contemplating a bit lately about the life of Christ. One of the things that has jumped out at me is the fact that Jesus never fought back, even though He knew it would cost Him His life. This is in very stark contrast to the attitudes and feelings that I have developed throughout my lifetime.

I know that the world is a better place because people have fought back, for instance, we’d be under Nazi rule if we’d not done anything in WW II. I’ve been working through the reconciliation of the two opposing ideas in my head, so I thought I’d throw it out to see where everyone else was at.
