There is also an excellent book, entitled 7 Secrets of the Eucharist by Vinny Flynn. I highly recommend it. Introduction by Fr. Mitch Pacwa. Recommended by George Cardinal Pell of Australia, Fr. Benedict Groeschel, and Fr. Peter Damian Fehlner, as well as the vast majority of those who read it, according to Amazon.
