The Rosary is NOT the Way

The Church actually has had many encyclical’s written about the great things that come from saying the rosary.

We must not make it what it is not, and its not a tug of war between Mary and Jesus

I know for myself when I do pray to Mary, it is always about Her Son and asking to be more conformed to Him. So it is always Christ centered

I love the Rosary, I pray it everyday. It bothers me when people only pray the rosary for their prayers. I feel Mary always leads me to Jesus but like all things, it can be taken to far. I am not a anti-mary and anti-rosary person. I love them both very much! I just think things need to not be overdone. :tiphat:

This is exactly how I feel about it. A lot of people at my church talk about how often they pray the Rosary and they dont mention saying any other prayers. Its a wonderful thing, but its complimentary to a prayer life. It shouldn’t make up your entire prayer life
