The “softer” lyrics we’re cleaner than this one though.

I have never heard a pop song with lyrics this bad. I realize vulgar lyrics are not new, but thus does seem to take things to a new level

It’s so easy to blame Black Lives Matter and the Marxists for the disintegration of the family, but at the end of the day it is sinful individuals who are poor examples at being parents and spouses who are responsible. It’s not as if the Marxists are going around forcibly breaking up happy marriages.

The Marxist individuals can talk all they want but we don’t have to follow them. If we practice the virtues one of them being chastity the family will be intact.

Yup. It was written in their Hamburg days, sex workers had to have a license compromising a health check, if it was passed, then She’s got a ticket to ride.

Yeah, I’m from Liverpool and I’m not what anyone would call young, but you would need knowledge of the double entendre in the lyrics. I could see that going over the heads of those not familiar with British idioms. You would also need some knowledge of The Beatles pre Ed Sullivan, I can’t stand them but growing up here you pick this stuff up by osmosis.

I don’t know Lemmy from Motorhead made a decent age considering how hard he partied. I’m more metal than rock, although hard rock and early era heavy metal are basically the same thing.

Edit to add, I wouldn’t recommend Lemmy’s lifestyle, it will be detrimental to both your health and wealth.

Yeah, that must have been some time to live through, and to be so close to the coal face with great names like that. Jimi Hendrix thinking that the Blue Boar (now Watford Gap) was a nightclub because British bands talked about it so much is one of the more amusing and innocent stories from that era.

I didn’t know Stacia was still going, thought she’d have died years ago.

That’s interesting, at some point in the future her work will probably end up being studied as fine art so that’s a neat circle. She was definitely a part of the start of Heavy Metal in general terms, so she’s a part of history.
