Yes, we do have to pray for are Holy Father ,that the Blessed Mother well protect him

and help us remain true to our faith. This well happen threw the Rosary, which is for

peace and the salvation of our Soul.
*Dear John,

Please do not forget penance.
We need so much to do penance so that our hearts/wills become like our Blessed Mother Mary’s. Only then will her Immaculate heart triumph in us and at the same time the world.

**Sorry I can,t closed this subject. See just like the presendent who has advisiors,he

talks with and than make the fineally decide, so does the Pope, he to has meetings, and

desucess how to handle the sistution, but the Pope dosen,t have too agree, since he is

the leader of the church, usually those under him, agree, but some don,t’**
I believe we need to trust the Will of God as revealed to us by our Apostolic leaders in this matter. Those who do not agree need to, in obedience and repsect, to assend to the Pope’s final word and quite discenting from it. weateher it is directly or indirectly.
IF you want to get the story than read the.THE FUURTH SECRET OF FATIMA,by

Antonio Socci. I did and found many intersting things and than you might change your mine
Why should I read anything that is obviously trying to get me to “suspect” and not trust our Apostolic Leaders? This sounds like Satan whispering in my ear trying to cause dissension in God’s Church.
I still say that the Fourth Secret hasn,t been revieled. And that letter is still lock up in

Vaction a long with Sister Lucy other letter.

Why because, Iam devoted to OUR LADY and as a member of Fatima and a voluntter

as a Apostalate, I well defend OUR LADY and the POPE.:
If you defend the Pope, do you also trust his Apostolic Leadership when he decides to listen to advisories that tell him to take the coarse of action that he does regarding this “fourth secret?”

My friends Fatima is the opinion ot the church.
Gary,
No one here, as I have read it, has denied Fatima though a faithful Catholic is not bound to believe in it. It is not “the opinion of the Church”. When the Church rules an appartion, like Fatima, as approved all it says is that it is worthy of belief it does not compel belief.

The issue in this thread is that the OP is making conspiricy claims about the Third Secrect and saying that it was not fully revelation though the Church through the Pope and Sr Lucia have said that it was.

By all means, we have to pray for the pope that the Holy Sprit well protect our Pope and that he well remain strong agains those who are again him, especally those in other countrys he visit,s . Just the other day I seen the pope on tv and there were protesters,
saying thing,s about the Pope. So that why we must pray the Rosary, for that was one
on the thing,s written in in the Third Secert of Fatima, that was told by Sister Lucy.
May OUR LADY help us to be strong.

*When you refer to “those who are against him,” are you including those who pick and choose when to follow his Apostolic Leadership in all Faith and Morals?

I imagine it must be hard to try to instruct those of his children who are not born and raised in the One, Holy, Catholic, and Apostolic Church. But, when it comes to those children of his who profess to be his children and then question his integrity and leadership, it must be so much more painful. How can he preach to the nations when his own “professed children” can not even trustingly follow his leadership but challenge it every time it just does not “settle right” with them. Then they pour salt into that wound by saying he is just saying what he says because he is just being “liberal” or “modern” because of the corrupt influence. Or he is being too “Traditional” and “Conservative” because he does not “live in the **real **world.”
When our Blessed Mother Mary said that the Holy Father would have much to suffer.
I wonder if we ever thought that we “professed catholics” could be the ones that could cause him the most suffering. It must be so hard to watch the confusion of his children. Knowing that their confusion is self inflicted. He knows that if his children would just try to trust, listen and learn, instead of belligerently challenging His Apostolic Leadership, then their confusion will be no more or at the very least lessened.

I really am lead to wonder at times. Who challenges our Apostolic Leader’s leadership and guidance more.
Those of us who are “professed catholics” or those of us who are not.

If this is indeed the reality. Whoa to us! We have become the guests who were specifically invited to the wedding feast by their King. But who all found an excuse to not join him in the wedding feast because they were too busy with what they thought was more important or correct. And we all know what happened next. The King then extended the invitation to others who were willing to come and celebrate the wedding feast with him and they joined him.

I might be wrong in what I am seeing and hearing, but sadly, I do not think so.

All of us professed catholics should be accepting and ascending, with our Apostolic Church Leaders, to that wedding feast that will be between Christ and His Bride. We can either accept the invitation or challenge it and discard it because we think our plans are better or more fitting and correct.

Yes, please do pray that Our Lady keeps us strong in accepting and assenting to our Apostolic Leader’s Leadership and Guidance in all Faith and Morals and do not give in to our belligerent stubborn pride in thinking we know better that them..*

I had seen the OP, basically just came here, and I was being friendly. And I get the impression he has a bit of faith in the Blessed Mother. I believe if he hangs out a minute he may see we have great deal of repect here for the Blessed Mother here also. And may very well conclude we don’t think much unalike.

The OP mentions, “this and that”, is said in the above mentioned Book. And it alludes to something missed and not done. And I’m pointing him to what the Popes said. At the end of day we have a process which has worked just fine. So fine, I believe its directed by the Holy Spirit. I Truly do.

The very bottom line to the thinking of Fatima is the fact that we as followers must follow the will of the Blessed Mother. I get that, and I do, we all believe that in this faith. Thus comes my thinking here.

Yet I firmly believe we must follow the words of Pope Benedict. With out that we have no direction.

Am I missing something?

God Bless, GT

would have to be the continuation of the word: IN Portugal the dogma of the faith will always be preserved.

Interesting observation. So true, I have been thinking of his visit to the Queen of England. I can’t help but have a heart felt feeling for the man. He is still suffering the weight of many of the Priests also. We all have a weight to carry here. And yes I do believe that weight is called “Self” today.

A comment which reverberates in my mind is how the OP mentions “everyone runs to the church in time of need”. Everyone has been running to the church in time of need since the beginning of the church. And continue, this minute. Well, we must run to the church in the time of “its need” also.

God Bless, GT

Ah, this has been mentioned by many, many times also. Yet here we must Trust and pray for the Holy Father.

There are others who have read the message you are referring to. Fr Malichi Martin comes to mind immediatly.

My friend your talking about all Good People here, all share a concern in the outcome of Christology.

Yet we all can’t fly off at the handle and create total chaos in a world that is total chaos already. The war of good and evil is a supernatural force we only can have influence over as humans, if we stick together and follow the elect in they’re wisdom. And that is in the Spirit of Reverence to the Blessed Mother

Any thinking which divides this, in this critical period we must be very wary of.

Pope Benedict sits in the seat of the Apostle Peter. He is the one appointed by the elect to lead this church. Which is the Mystical Body of Jesus Christ. It is the foundation of all Christology. Which constantly works to unite Christology. Prayer to the Blessed Mother leads all to the Holy Spirit.

I’m not sure what you believe we should all do that we arn’t doing?

*Dear Gary,

I believe that in this “other half of the third secret” when it refers to “In Fatima the Dogma of the faith will always be preserved” Our Blessed Mother is basically saying that: "All Dogma of the Faith shall be preserved. If we are to listen to her message we need to also preserve all Dogma of the faith.
She does not say Dogma up to a certain point in history, like before Vatican I or II, and not after a certain Pope or Saint, like St Pius X, St. Thomas Aquinas or St. Thomas Moore, but all Dogma.
Now it is my understanding that in preserving something one needs to protect it not to try and tear it to shreds.

It was in reading of the Pope’s visit and the Queen’s address to him that made me remember about the wedding invitation of the King. Why does it “seem” that our Apostolic Leaders get more support from non catholics than those that profess to be catholic?

May God Bless you too,*

when the Pope came to vist the Queen, she wouldn,t tell the Pope, your not welcome

here, because he IS the Pope and the Pope wouldn,t be rude too the Queen ,cause he

the spirtual leader of the church, and he trys to bring people together, but we have people

that don,t like the Queen or the POPE ,but we must pray that the Holy,Spirt help us all

to come together

May God Bless you too,
My brother, I don’t honestly know what Our Lady was referring to, But your right “we” must preserve the dogma of the faith.

I believe that her referrence {Our Ladys} is found in Revelations and in the message of Our Lady in Akita. Which has been noted to be the same message as Fatima. And I also believe that we are reaping what we sowed through the changes of V-II right now. I also believe Pope Benedict is one solid. solid, apostle of Jesus Christ. And that we can and will overcome this issue. The suffering of our Pope is a further indicator of these changes which he bears the weight for, as we all do with him. When he is humbled, then so we must be.

We are fortunate we have many to draw strength from, we must constantly be gratefull for that which we do have. And make amends where we must when looking back at failures.

You know as much as I live in the Spirit of Reverence for the Blessed Mother. I never, ever forget Christ in his trials with Pilot, Calvary or the Cross. When Christ carried the Cross, and he stopped and told the women, “Don’t cry for me, cry for yourself and your children. If they do this to me in the Greenwood, what do you think they will do to you in the dry?”

Well, after reading about all the Martryed Saints, and all the evil and chaos of today. I’m sure that anything will go just as Christ mentions. So we must protect the Mystical Body of Christ which is God, the church. Just as Christ stood for God. We must strive to model ourself, and Stand for God in these trying times.

Its not by chance God had his church grow in the US. Its not by chance there was the baby boomer generation and all those cradle catholics. God knew exactly where he wanted you to be placed. We didn’t leave England and build this counrty for naught. All the early Documents in this country are signed by 85% Christians. We arn’t going quietly into the night. What I believe we must do, is disturb our comfortability for the preservation of the Church right now. And I believe in the end, our outcome with be a direct result of our (name removed by moderator)ut in Gods church. We must think of our children and theirs now. We simply cannot lose another generation of children.

When the Dogma of the Faithfull is referred to. I try not to read into Marys mind, I can’t, I just can’t begin to assume what Our Lady mean’t without her specific explaination. Yet I do know that if you think about it literally first. as we do the Bible. Then this could also simply mean, that there will always be the faithfull in Portugal. That it will always be preserved their. And rightfully so. But it doesn’t mean there will be no faithfull anywhere else, like many would like us to believe.

The last stronghold of Christianity is here in the America’s. Thats how I see it. Whats Gods will for us? To stand for him, regardless of turmoil, conflict, or controversy. What will come of the USA? Thats will depend on our faith, in the Holy Spirit. But if Americans continue to abandon the Church and Christianity, then we will suffer here. Gods wrath will come, it always does when there in a shift in the balance of Good and evil. The only question remaining is when?

The next decade must be a victory for the Immaculate Heart of Mary and the Holy Trinity. Just as Pope Benedict mentions in his Homily in March 2010. And I already see a positive change. Our efforts are not in vain. But we have to remain focused on this period. We are knee deep in mud. Now we must either stand for God or suffer great loss.

Finally when we begain to speculate on “Secrets” the longer we speculate, the longer it takes to come to a conclusion. I conclude that I place all my faith in God and his Church, thus the Pope.

You now we also have Medjugorge. and the “Secrets” there. And I know the Vatican keeps a close eye and investigates all this. But what are we to make of all these “Secrets”? We have Gods word to live by first and foremost always. And as I continue to testify to and you do also, he is the Church.

Great kicking it around with you, you opened my mind to other avenues of thinking. When we can evaluate each others thinking with open minds. We can finally and ultimately reach Truths.

God Bless. Gary

Yes, we need much repentance and Prayer of the Rosary. And unity of all Christology. All the little divisions futher cripple our plight.

*Dear Gary,
I agree with you. I do not honestly know what Our Lady was referring to. That is why I put my trust and faith in our Apostolic Leaders and just try to preserve all Dogma of the faith. For me, this does include all Dogma that is a result of Vatican I and II. I, personaly, do not understand what you are referring to regarding “the seeds we sowed” are but I do not believe the seeds that our Apostolic Leaders sowed are good. It is our human nature that either flat out regects them or totally missinterprets them. This is why I believe we should just try to listen and learn from them and pray and do penance with them so that we ascend to them.

Again, I believe this is the key point. We need to follow our Apostolic Leaders leadership and guidence. They are the ones who have the years of Apostolic Teachings, Theologies and Dogmas behind them. I like to say, “they life and breath these.” So why do we “think” we know better than them?

*Very interesting thought. I heard some one make a reference to this when I was younger. I believe what he said was something like this, “America is young she is still writting her history.” And then I rember hearing also, not sure were, that America is the leader of nations. I always agreed that she is, but I always question just how she is being a leader of nations. *

Could not agree with you more. I believe all this “speculation” is just Satan’s way of causing dissension from God’s Divinely Revealed Truths as taught to us by our Apostolic Leaders.

*And I believe we also need to open our minds to all Dogma, leadership and guidance of our Apostolic Leaders regarding all faith and morals. I do not believe I see us reaching unity unless this starts happening from us “professed catholics” first.

I believe we have the praying down but the repentance, discipline and conversion, to have have a heart like our Blessed Mother Marys, needs a lot of work from all of us.

Peace and God bless to you and yours

Ever day I pray for the POPE,that he,ll get the people to understand that what

well save the world is if we come together as one,we also know that the Devil is

*I will have to apologize for my typing/grammar error in this post. I was pressed for time and did not catch it earlier. The part that I emphasized should read, "I, personally, do not understand what you are referring to regarding “the seeds we sowed” are but I do believe the seeds that our Apostolic Leaders sowed are good.

I will check the rest of my post and see what else I miss spoke. I do apologize for any confusion in what I am trying to say.*

My referrence is to what Pope Benedict has said concerning the 3rd Secret. Which continues to this day in England.

The Third Secret of Fátima, said Pope Benedict XVI, “has a permanent and ongoing significance” and that “its significance could even be extended to include the suffering the Church is going through today as a result of the recent reports of sexual abuse involving the clergy”.

I believe most all the answers we seek, are given to us. There is much data to sift through. Thats for sure.

When anything is said regarding the Faith. I refer first to the Vatican. Someone has to lead, and it just so happens we have one heck of a man doing just that.

He’s cautious, all our Popes have been this way. We are dealing with two very different realitys. One being human and earth. The other being Supernatural and the very real presence of the Trinity and the Blessed Mother.

If you look at just how much Our Lady is appearing around the world, its seriously amazing in the sense thats happening in our time. But when you think about what all of us have been taught, its not. Because we know, God is everywhere, all the time, and knows all. Its early Catholic School teaching.

Which is exactly why I follow what the Pope states. When he states its “Worthy of Belief,” You could take it to the bank, its real. A confirmed Miracle happened.

Just like tommorrow with Our Lady of LaSalette. Or today for that matter with St Joseph of Cupertino. All very, very real.

But to re-focus, I believe Our Lady is working very fast in these days. The quickening of the Holy Spirit is bringing followers here. Just like on this thread. Excited, exclaiming “Hail Mary”. I think its great. But theres a responsibility here also. As you and I have been talking about. While this is a wonderfull, spiritual, feeling that happens on an individual basis, and rightfully so, its your Soul. If we could just get that energy focused within the Catholic Faith. Then its preserved and grows. And continues to have all consiousness around it felt by that presence. The other side is, a individual runs wild and in fustration of others not immediatly acknowledging his awakening. He may lose the Faith. Thats a disaster.

God Bless, Gary

*So true Gary. One thing that I know I need to do, and will be meeting with a sister next week about, is get a solid education in the catechism of the catholic church behind me. I was raised with so many varying and ever changing beliefs in speculations as to why things were happening within the church and what was to blame for it but I was never given a solid formation in the catholic faith.

Having been raised hearing stories about how one pope was so evil that his body decade so fast they had to have huge fans to keep the stench down and that another pope, Pope John Paul II and Mother Theresa, were spreading what they believed to be what they called “white heresy.” Oh, and I can not forget about the corrupt influence of different groups of bishop’s that were commissioned by the different popes to understand God’s Truths more clearly and how they are just all corrupt “liberals” or “modernists.”
Then to be pulled from all Church’s because my father came to a point in his journey trying to understand God’s Truths that he did not believe there was a church out there for him that still held the “Apostolic True Faith.” Or something like that. This is all done and taught under the “guise” of “spreading the message of Fatima.” It “seemed” to me that their way of looking at it was, “it is the corrupt leaders of our church” and “the corrupt world in general” that is the cause of everything. But never, did it “seem” to enter their mind, that it may just be ourselves that need to be converted. Yes I agree with you, it does create nothing but confusion and disaster.

I will have to say after reading some of Pope John Paul II’s apostolic letters, some Dogmas here and there, and then reading about and learning about Blessed Mother Theresa, I am at a lost for words as to try and explain how Individuals could possibly have come up with the notion that they were really that “evil” and that they were spreading heresy.

Now I want to understand and spread only the Truth as taught to me by our Apostolic Church Leaders. But first I need to learn it. Hence why I believe I need a solid catechist behind me. I do hope and pray that through the grace of God I can sort through what I was taught growing up and the other extreme that I see as well. I believe the most beautiful thing is my husband who was not really raised with any formal catechism himself, will be joining me. Funny at 40 years old I “feel” so much like a child.

I am only sharing all of this with you so that maybe you can understand and forgive me as to why I am so gun-shy when people start talking about how “bad” and “corrupt” our Apostolic Leaders are. Or how the Pope is good, but we must pray that the “corrupt” influence of the “liberal” and “modern” bishops does not sway him and that he starts taking us back to the way things used to be before Vatican I and II. All under the guise of “spreading the message of Fatima.”
The reason is I am. Plain and simple. I have lived through and am still dealing with all that confusion and I believe there are a lot more people out there who are also. But what I believe I have been graced with is an understanding that in order to start sorting through all the confusion I have to start with myself. Not the rest of the world and most definitely not our Apostolic Leaders.

So please, keep us in your prayers,

Thank you so much for sharing your wisdom and insight,

God bless you too,
