The two witness are two golden candlesticks and two olive trees.

The two olive trees is an image of Zechariah 4, which spoke of Joshua and Zerubbabel, the offices of King and Priest. Both these offices are fulfilled in Christ.

The two golden candlesticks refers to the churches of Smyrna and Philadelphia in Revelation 2&3.

The two witnesses are essentially a symbol of the suffering and persevering faithful in Christ.
 
It is Enoch and Elijah.

“Enoch pleased God and was translated into paradise that he may give repentance to the nations.” Sirach 44:16

“Who (Elijah) art registered in the judgments of times to appease the wrath of the Lord, to reconcile the heart of the father to the son, and to restore the tribes of Jacob.” Sirach 48:9-10

It is the most common interpretation of Church Fathers. While Moses does seem like a plausible choice, I believe Sirach 44:16 settles the matter.

I trust God gave us a better authority than a website 2000+ years after his walk on earth. 👍
