Wouldn’t multiple Christ’s conflict with the Trinity? And moreover, the idea of multiple Christ’s takes away the whole notion of the unique love which Jesus is said to have bestowed upon mankind. Case in point: if I propose to a woman I love and don’t tell her that hours before, I proposed to a dozen more women who I also love, would that be love?A science fiction book I read once dealt with this topic, that not all interstellar species had fallen from grace, like we here on earth, but had passed the test and hence had no original or Adamic sin and no need of a savior.
If interstellar travel is impossible, then that ensures that there will be no commingling of the fallen and unfallen races. They are effectively segregated from one another and one cannot pollute the other!
I presume in that case each fallen race would have their own version of Christ.
The idea of God shedding His blood for several species again and again is insulting to God. Not to mention that those other species would have gotten their own Scripture which would certainly be in conflict with our own; making God contradictory. I’m sorry, but from a Christian standing, if you’re to believe in aliens, you must regard them as akin to the animals on Earth in terms of their “soul”; albeit more intelligent.
