True as this may be, I somehow doubt our good Pastor would be swayed by mention of said apparitionShe did give us one of the prayers at Fatima -"Oh my Jesus, forgive us our sins, save us from the fires of hell. Lead all souls to heaven, especially those who are in most need of thy mercy.’
Or reading the Bible!I didn’t see Mary attending any altar calls, either!
Well, technically she is a JewMary is a Christian (a follower of Christ)
Therefore, Mary is Catholic!
She no more remained Jewish than Peter, Paul and the rest. All became followers of Christ and therefore Christian.Well, technically she is a Jewwho followed Christ still makes her Jewish though.

I believe she was a christian absolutely but she is still considered part of the Jewish nation of Israel of which she was born into. She no more remained Jewish than Peter, Paul and the rest. All became followers of Christ and therefore Christian.
But she is no longer bound by Jewish ceremonial laws, because now, she is in Christ. The Old Covenant no longer applies to her - she is in the New Covenant, now. :extrahappy:I believe she was a christian absolutely but she is still considered part of the Jewish nation of Israel of which she was born into.
Just like I have a friend who was born Jewish raised Jewish but has since accepted Christ but she is still born Jewish.![]()
Yeah us too:extrahappy: I totally agree:thumbsup:But she is no longer bound by Jewish ceremonial laws, because now, she is in Christ. The Old Covenant no longer applies to her - she is in the New Covenant, now. :extrahappy:
All the first Christians felt they were Jews. Actually, we still are… just Jews under a new Covenant.Well, technically she is a Jewwho followed Christ still makes her Jewish though.

Exactly a fullfilled Jew:thumbsup:Pax tecum!
Kind of like Rosalind Moss, who says that since becoming Catholic, she hasn’t stopped referring to herself as a Jew. She says now that she has found Christ, she is a fulfilled Jew.
In Christ,

If a person was born outside of Judism, could that person convert and then be a Jew?I believe she was a christian absolutely but she is still considered part of the Jewish nation of Israel of which she was born into.

So, I guess, that Jews were Jew from the beginning of Creation? Maybe, circumcision is not necessary. Is Judism a religion?Hi,
You know I have wondered that myself. I dont really know. Im not Jewish. Im sure God wouldnt think so. At this point God would rather you be a christian and believe in Christ. AMEN:thumbsup:
I really think the Jews are set apart from the rest of the world and you have to be born into a Jewish family to be truly Jewish. Just my opinion I have no clue.
After all the Jews were chosen by God:thumbsup:
Yes, Judaism, is a religion, but it wasn’t in existance from Creation. Abraham is considered the Father of the Jewish people. So, I guess, that Jews were Jew from the beginning of Creation? Maybe, circumcision is not necessary. Is Judism a religion?
