Here’s your proof ! :tiphat:
The First Sorrow of Mary: “Behold, this child is destined for the fall and rise of many in Israel, and to be a sign that will be contradicted. AND A SWORD SHALL PIERCE YOUR HEART so that the thoughts of many hearts may be revealed.”
{Luke 3:34-35}
The Second Sorrow of Mary: “Rise, take the child, flee to Egypt, and stay there until I tell you. HEROD IS GOING TO SEARCH FOR THE CHILD TO DSETROY HIM.” Joseph rose and took the child and his mother by night and departed for Egypt.
{Matthew 3:13-14}
The Third Sorrow of Mary: After they had completed its days, as they were returning, the boy Jesus remained behind in Jerusalem, but his parents did not know it. Thinking he was in the caravan, THEY JOURNEYED FOR A DAY AND LOOKED FOR HIM among their relatives and acquaintances, BUT NOT FINDING HIM THEY RETURNED TO JERUSALEM TO LOOK FOR HIM. After three days they found him in the temple…When his parents saw him, they were astonished, and his mother said to him," YOUR FATHER AND I HAVE BEEN LOOKING FOR YOU WITH GREAT ANXIETY." {Luke 3:43-48}
The Fourth Sorrow of Mary: And after LAYING THE CROSS ON HIM they made him (Simon, a Cyrenian) carry it behind Jesus. A large crowd followed Jesus, including many women who lamented and mourned for him. Standing by the cross were his mother and his mother’s sister, Mary the wife of Clopas, and Mary Magdala.
{Luke 23:26-27; John 19:25}
The Fifth Sorrow of Mary: So they took Jesus, and carrying the cross himself he went out to what is called the Place of the Skull, in Hebrew, Golgotha. THERE THEY CRUCIFIED HIM. When Jesus saw his mother and the disciple there whom he loved, he said to his mother, “Woman, behold your son.” Then he said to the disciple, “Son, behold your mother.” And from that hour the disciple took her into his home.
{John 19:17-18, 26-27}
The Sixth Sorrow of Mary: JESUS GAVE A LOUD CRY AND BREATHED HIS LAST.
{Mark 16:37}
The Seventh Sorrow of Mary: Having brought a linen cloth, he took him down, wrapped him in the linen cloth and LAID HIM IN A TOMB that had been hewn out of the rock.
{Mark 15:46}
While they were there, the time came for her to have her child, and she gave birth to her first born (consecrated to God) son. She wrapped him in swaddling clothes and laid him in a manger, because there was no room for them in the inn. {Luke 2:6-7}
From the moment our Lord was born, he and his mother suffered together. Perhaps the first labor pain of Mary was that “there was no room for them in the inn.”
Did somebody say Mary experienced labour pains? Is it in the Bible, or is she just speculating?
