I personally have known a person who was born with both sex organs, they waited till he was 14 to see what genes were going to dominate, they concluded the male genes were dominant, but he did marry But had a homosexual life on the sidelines.I dont think any of this was his fault. At 14 he underwent an operation to close the female opening, & his male member was very smallhealthcentral.com/ency/408/001669.html
In this case, a medical correction is necessary because there is physical confusion - the external genitals are not developed properly, or represent both sexes, or are ambiguous and do not match the genetic blueprint.
In the case of “transgender”, people “feel” they should be the other sex. They are born genetically male with male gentials, yet have them surgically removed and refashioned into the genitals of the opposite sex based on the way they “feel” about their sexuality. IMO, this is mutiliation of the body and the height of human arrogance.
