So sad… 😦

I think it would break my heart if I found out I couldn’t have kids.

Our first baby is supposed to be born in October (soooo soon). We are so excited I just don’t know what I’d do if I couldn’t get to experience this!!

Choosing that kind of surgery so young… It will be very very sad if they change their minds when they are older 😦 .

I agree with this statement … to a degree. Somehow, it makes me uncomfortable thinking that sterilization is OK for other people. (never for myself, thanks!) Am I making any sense??
It’s not ever going to happen in my family (me or DH), but I don’t think it’s my place to tell another person that it’s wrong (although I think it is).

I’m confusing myself now …
I’m also of the the thought that sterilization is morally wrong, and I would never choose it for myself. I also do not care if a stranger has it done. This isn’t like abortion where another person is involved. It’s just not my place.

In any human society, children are of paramount importance.
Children deserve good homes, and parents who both want and love them.

For these reasons, I believe that people who do not want children, should not have them.
The “every child a wanted child” slogan has always bothered me. If the child is not wanted, that is not the child’s fault. It implies that only children who are wanted deserve to exist.

People who don’t want children should not be doing that which leads to children, if they really believe having a child will destroy their life. Why risk it?
