  1. Jumping off their couches
  2. Stand on their counter tops to reach food
  3. Clog their toilets with massive amounts of toilet papers
  4. Color on their walls
  5. Lick the frosting off their pastries
  6. Pee in their Back yards.
  7. Don’t flush the toilet
  8. Spill milk in the car and don’t tell them until they smell in 6 months later
  9. Lay all over the Pew at church during mass and ask them to carry me.( I might do that now)
  10. Draw all over their important paper work.
Okay, This is just a joke so don’t get your rosary in a knot. What would you add to the List?

Happy Easter,
Jill

Stand right next to the laundry basket as I’m getting ready for bed, and drop my dirty clothes all over the floor. 🤷

Twist myself up in her curtains and declare, “I’m hiding! In the curtain! You can’t find me!”

Whining “Do I HAAAAAVE to?” every time they ask me to do something. 😉

Try to get inside the refrigerator, causing things to fall out and splat in the process.

Monopolize their TV sets with stupid shows
Stuff candy wrappers that I want to hide in their couches
Crash their computers by downloading too many games
Slam their doors when I’m mad
Have them drive an extra 75 mile round trip because I forgot my lunch money
Make them do my laundry at 1:00 AM because I forgot to mention I want to wear these jeans again tomorrow

…and then there is the whole bathroom / toilet seat thing…

Put the empty milk jug back in the refrigerator.
Use the last of the laundry soap and not tell anyone they’re out.
Yell, “We’re out of toilet paper!” but never actually go to the store to buy any.
Never, ever bring in the mail even though I’m standing right next to the mailbox.
Step over the newspaper but don’t bend over to pick it up on my way in the house.

Oh my goodness…the list is endless. My grown daughter just moved back home after losing her job…

Insinuate myself in front of the refrigerator whenever they open the door and refuse to move out of the way until they literally have to put down what they took out and pull me out so they can close the door.

Wake their butts up in the morning with bickering noises and yelling
Hang onto their legs when they are trying to go to the bathroom…and laugh
Complain Complain Complain
Get money from them for dates
Borrow their cars
Get lost in the store for them to find
Wipe my boogers on their walls (…it was a phase…)
Demand something for dinner that requires a special trip to the store
Then eat hot dogs like everyone else

Tell them that I don’t like any of the food that they worked really hard to make.
Tell them how wonderful the food is that they brought home from a restaurant, pulled out of freezer, or dumped out of a can.

Ohhh…that grinds my gears…

“This tastes like dog food” : My 13 year old son

Pee on their toilet seat and not wipe it off…I have 5 boys

Throw a temper tantrum when I’m told that since I chose not to brush my hair for a week I will be getting it cut…I have daughters too.

Fall asleep with all the bedroom lights blazing and the tv still on (oh wait, I sometimes do that already … not on purpose, mind).

Leave grotty clumps of hair in the shower drain.

Eat half their supplies for their party before it even starts.

Eat in their lounge and leave my dishes there instead of returning them to the kitchen.

Tempting to open a can of Alpo for him?😃
Oh I thought about it!..

I gave him ‘that look’ and he kind of apologized by saying it wasn’t the taste, it was the consistency. It has become a family joke.

Along these lines - insist on putting tomato sauce/ketchup on and in everything … including in their beautiful chicken soup that they slaved away all morning to make (I used to do this as a kid - I could still cry when I think of how I ruined my mum’s wonderful soup!)
