This is an admittedly (really, really) weird case. But is it a mortal sin?

Every night (and some random intervals or whenever) I snuggle or hug a pillow in my bed, imagining it as the wolf and I’m that Austrian boy, embracing my father- the beast I once feared.
My recommendation – and I mean this in a very positive and friendly way – is that you would benefit from talk therapy.

The situation that you’re bringing up here is indeed “weird,” and from my perspective, anyway, it’s more than a little unnecessary to have guilt trips over a natural bodily function that occurs in the comfort of your bed. But this wolf thing seems to be bound up in your relationship to your parents and in your sexuality (which, in traditional psychotherapy, is intimately linked to your relationship with your parents).

My guess would be that there’s some kind of psychological issue attached to wolves that ties into other issues in your life and that there would be a benefit to be had in talking it over with a mental health counselor. Please note: I’m not suggesting that something is “wrong” and that talking to a therapist will “fix” you; I’m suggesting, rather, that this wolf stuff is symptomatic of other neuroses (almost certainly ones that are unconscious and escape your notice) and that your entire life will benefit from examining some of the broader issues suggested by this one, minor, harmless episode.
