I join in the prayer of Chinese Catholics for the repose of the soul of Bishop Leo Yao Liang and for the growth of the Church in China. I recall that the Church in Japan suffered great persecution for centuries before it was once again free to worship in the open. The same will happen in China. The Holy Spirit is always present, especially to those who are persecuted in the name of the Lord. May God continue to bless the Church in China with men and women of faith who are willing to suffer so much in his name.

wow what an amazing man the catholics in china seem very faithful!
