Dear friends, we’ve had some devastating floods over here in Australia, and have achieved a fair amount of cleanup due to thousands of volunteers, although many lives will be affected for some time to come.
However here on the east coast of Australia we face the possibility of more serious weather events and flooding with a large cyclone heading our way and expected to landfall within the next 28 hours. We would be grateful for your prayers.

May God be merciful to us and to all persons and countries around the world suffering the effects of natural disasters…
and also those countries like Egypt who are enduring political unrest and general misery.

God bless you all; and thank you for your prayers.

Loving God,

We lift our prayers and intentions for those suffering the effects of natural disasters, and especially for the people of Australia who have been through so much recently.

Hail, Mary, full of grace! The Lord is with thee;
blessed art thou among women,
and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus.
Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners
now and at the hour of our death.

Amen.

*** Our Father, Who art in Heaven, hallowed be Thy Name.
Thy Kingdom come, Thy Will be done, on earth as it as it is in Heaven.
Give us this day, our daily bread and forgive us our trespasses as we forgive
those who trespass against us. Lead us not into temptation, but
deliver us from evil.
Amen

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with Thee.
Blessed art Thou among women,and
blessed is the fruit of Thy womb, Jesus.
Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us now, and
at the hour of our death.
Amen

Glory be to the Father, to the Son, and to the Holy Spirit.
As it was in the beginning, as is and ever shall be, world without end.
Amen

O my Jesus, forgive us our sins, save us from the fires of Hell,
lead all souls to heaven, especially those in most need of Your Mercy.
Amen

Remember, O most gracious Virgin Mary,
that never was it known that anyone who fled to thy protection,
implored thy help, or sought thine intercession was left unaided.
Inspired by this confidence, I fly unto thee, O Virgin of virgins,
my Mother; to thee do I come, before thee I stand,
sinful and sorrowful. O Mother of the Word Incarnate,
despise not my petitions, but in thy mercy hear and answer me.
Amen.

Saint Michael the Archangel,
defend us in battle.
Be our protection against the wickedness and snares of the devil.
May God rebuke him, we humbly pray;
and do Thou, O Prince of the Heavenly Host -
by the Divine Power of God -
cast into hell, satan and all the evil spirits,
who roam throughout the world seeking the ruin of souls.
Amen.

Adding prayers for the intercession of St. Lydwine of Schiedham, St. Benedict Joseph Labre, St. Edwin of Northumbria, St. Elizabeth of Hungary, St. Lufthild, St. Margaret of Cortona, and Servant of God Fr. Nelson Baker, whether able to post or not. Praying for peaceful resolutions of political unrest/wars. ***

Praying for your intentions….

Lord Jesus, You have said,
“Learn from me, for I am meek and humble of heart.”
With confidence in Your loving heart
which offers rest to weary souls,
we come to You in this time of special need.
In Your unfailing love,
read the prayer that is written on our hearts,
and grant the grace that we ask of You,
in accordance with Your holy will.
In Your name we pray.
Amen.

Thank you each for your prayers.

As this massive cyclone, the worst in recorded history, approaches the east coast of Australia,
**a massive winter storm is heading towards an area of the U.S. from the Colorado mountains to and including New England so the folk in this region also very much need our prayers. **

Loving God we place all these people in Your loving care.

Help us all to help each other.

Father in Heaven have mercy on the people of northern Queensland who are now facing a serious hurricane. Grant lessen the force of the winds, rain and storm surge. An Our Father, Hail Mary, Glory Be and a Fatima Prayer for the people in the way of the hurricane. Amen.

Our area in Chicago is about to get hit with two feet of snow. It’s supposed to be a record snowfall, and the national gaurd has been called out to help those who might be stranded. Please pray for those in Australia as well as those here in the states who face sever weather related difficulties.

Thank you so much for your prayers.
As it approaches it is now a category 5 cyclone.
The storm surge alone will cause immense damage to coastal towns and cities in its path.
Lord have mercy on everyone caught up in this, and in other natural disasters
