I understand that the TLM is said in Latin, but is there one where it is done the same as the the TLM but in the venacular?
Well, if it was done in the vernacular it wouldn’t exactly be the Traditional
Latin Mass, would it? More like the Traditional
Vernacular Mass.
As Filioque and marchoi have already pointed out some Anglican groups use what is essentially the Extraordinary Form of the Roman Rite but in English. These parishes (some of which actually have validly ordained priests and therefore a valid Mass) use Liturgical Books which are
essentially (but not exactly) English versions of the Roman Missal, such as the
Knott Missal. (The TLM uses the 1962 Roman Missal and most of the Anglican versions are based on Missals from before 1955 so there are a few differences there but not many).
If you want to see what the Extraordinary Form of the Roman Rite, the Traditional Latin Mass, would look like in English you can see some videos of a Mass from St. Clements Anglo-Catholic Church in Philadelphia
here. An accompanying Service Sheet containing the Propers of the Mass is available
here. These texts appear to be the same as those used in the TLM for the Feast of Corpus Christi - the Thursday after Trinity Sunday.
With the recent announcement of the creation of a number of Personal Ordinariates (essentially Dioceses) for Anglicans who wish to convert to Catholicism while maintaining elements of their Liturgical heritage, it is quite possible that we well begin seeing such Masses in Catholic parishes in the next few years.
