That is just what I was thinking.
When my wife and I purchased a new house, a priest friend came over, and MAN did he do a great job,
Every room was blessed with holy water and using a relic of the True Cross. Even all the closets and cupboards. All the door frames were anointed with oil, blessed salt was placed at the four corners of the house, and at the four corners of the property.
