She was born in 1947, so would have been 21 in 1968. She seems to have drank deeply from the spirits of the time. She embraced utopian feminism circa 1970, but her training in philosophy and youthful arrogance seem to be what led her away from the Church.

Eric, what about the interview captured your interest?
 
That story left me wanting more. It was very moving. There are some people who post on this forum who could get something out of that.

I am a Catholic revert who while in college and stil protestand started to embrace certain idiologies until right before I graduated and realized what bafoons some of these liberal professors were.
It wasn’t until 2004 that I came back to the Catholic church when I realized that the Lutheran church (ELCA) was starting to sail into treachorous waters with no return.
