I thought the Culture of Life was about promoting and respecting life and ensuring the well-being of all. I don’t see how two dudes kissing should be considered part of the Culture of Death, but maybe these labels don’t mean anything.

norbert please don’t try to be coy. If all two dudes did was kiss, it wouldn’t be an issue. I am talking about the rapid spread of STDs through homosexual sex, some of which are fatal. Oh and there was this homosexual predator (and homeless advocate) who was caught after his victims all contracted gonorrhea of the throat…need I say more???

We wish. I assure you we would NEVER get paid if we depended on the patients to do their own billing! Unfortunately this is very heavily regulated and overly complex. The wrong number in the wrong box will have your bill rejected. Plus now due to HIPAA rules bills must be sent electronically. You can’t just drop the old HCFA 1500 in the mail. Most patients don’t have access to the kind of expensive software that allows medical billing.

This isn’t the “Things that are Evil” forum. It’s the “Culture of Life” forum. I have always assumed that means celebrating and promoting life at all its stages. I never knew disparaging homosexuals was part of that Culture.

I am merely including homosexuality as a response to your question, And why are all these “Democrats are sinners” and “Rainbow Sashers are going to hell” posts on this forum?

And it is not about disparaging homosexuals, it is about calling the evil of homosexual acts just that–evil, because, among many things, it is an assualt on the family which is the primary instrument of life.

This is the Culture of Life Forum.

The opposite of the Culture of Life is the Culture of Death.

The Culture of Death supports: abortion on demand, euthanasia, sexual promiscuity, & homosexuality as an “alternative lifestyle”.

The Culture of Life supports: giving those babies a chance to live; respect for the right to live for the elderly, the handicapped, & others whom the Culture of Death sees as “low quality of life”; sexual morality (as, a loving heterosexual couple being monogamous,& raising a family together), & promoting traditional family values, as opposed to sinful lifestyles…

Gee, I don’t know why there are so many posts on abortion, euthanasia, & traditional families…Maybe because those are about Life!!!
But, hey…that’s me…

How many here REALLY think there are TOO MANY posts on the topic of ABORTION??

Well, there is something you can do about it. For once in our lives there really is!

You see, for the last 3 years, the DEMOCRATS have FILIBUSTERED 11 of President Bush’s NOMINEES to the APPEALS COURTS!

In 2001, when President Bush won, the DEMOCRATS, who had just won a SLIM MAJORITY in the SENATE promised President Bush and the American people that they would give PROMPT UP or DOWN Votes to all Judicial Nominees who received the “Well-Qualified” Rating from the ABA.

In 2002, The REPUBLICANS got back the MAJORITY, and the FILIBUSTERS began! at the peak, the DEMOCRATS refused to give UPor DOWN Votes to 11 Nominees, 8 of whom had received the “Well-Qualified” Rating from the ABA.

Well, it turns out that the reason the DEMOCRATS are FILIBUSTERING these “Well-Qualified” NOMINEES to the APPEALS COURT is because they are People of Faith (most of them are CATHOLICS) who take their religion and the Constitution seriously, and because the PRO-ABORTION ACTIVISTS who are calling the shots are afraid one of these would would vote to SUPPORT A BAN on PARTIAL BIRTH ABORTIONS, or worse in their minds, vote to OVERTURN ROE V. WADE, if given a chance!

Well, Dr. Frist has finally gotten around to the final efforts to BREAK the FILIBUSTER, and we need your help. Please go to this thread and write e-mails and call your state’s SENATOR’S and the “WOBBLY REPUBLICANS”!

Dear Tradition Ang,
Thank you! Keep up the fight!!!
I contacted my senators more than a week ago and have incouraged everyone on my distribution list to do the same. One of the most important reasons for voting for Bush was to eliminate the hold judges presently have that has allowed them to ignore the constitution and American tradition. We need judges who are empathetic to pro-life, tradition of marriage between a male and female, and other moral norms our country was built on! Thus, we Catholics must try to stop these filibusters.
