Obstruction of justice? (At least potentially in the US - admittedly maybe not in Germany?)

I’ll echo CradleRC58.

No surprise here.

This is the problem with the bishops exempting themselves from what they hold the faithful to (i.e. imposing for example fingerprinting the lunch ladies, yet in America at least, exempting themselves from the Dallas Charter).
