The Boy Scouts paid for the building and then turned it over to the city. So if the city wants to take the land so be it. But then the Scouts have the right to tear down the building they built and paid for IMHO.

Well lets see. Are the scouts only white? No. Yet the city has race specific programs for blacks and they are supported with tax money. Sorry but this is a discrimination issue and not one that is discriminating against gays. It is discriminating against persons with traditional values and who place the safety of their sons over the rights of others.
