To help me in my spiritual growth I’d like to learn more about contemplation as it has been told to us by the saints.

Francisco de Osuna, a Franciscan Mystic who influenced Teresa of Avila, wrote that recollection (reflection) is the entryway to contemplation. NOW THAT’S TRADITIONAL CATHOLICISM.
