You are Christian, wouldn’t you defend someone who thinks he’s God. Or maybe Jesus come for the final judgment? Really one can have a position that has its limits.
Not a human person who thinks he is God. Somewhere between Lutheran and Catholic, one assumes is at least Christian and would not question the bases of faith.

Gender dysphoria is a mental illness that needs treatment, not accommodation. Gender is not in our heads, it’s in our chromosomes. A man has an X and a Y chromosome, and a woman has two X chromosomes.

If I believe I’m the President, do I get to live in the White House? No, because in reality I’m not the President. If I believe I’m an elephant, can I live in the zoo? No, because in reality I’m not an elephant. If I believe I’m a woman, do I use the women’s bathroom or locker room or play on the girl’s basketball team? No, because in reality I’m not a woman. See how that works?
The treatment for transgender-ism is HRT
and Oh boy my favorite strawman the “i am a different animal”

Thats not how transgender-ism works
The story of the trans who also identifies as a six year old is on several sites. After defending transsexualism, why stop at age regression? How about a person who also believes he is Napoleon or a woman who thinks she is Cleopatra?
And great people now take that story seriously
im 90% sure that story was satire btw

So, what was your point? Here’s what you wrote as a reminder:
*“You are Christian, wouldn’t you defend someone who thinks he’s God. Or maybe Jesus come for the final judgment? Really one can have a position that has its limits.”

Exactly! It is simply getting nutty.

Abnormal is now normal.

Normal is now abnormal.
That is correct. A transgender person only has a problem with feeling he or she is actually the opposite sex if they are uncomfortable with it, otherwise, it is OK. Self-diagnosis? Again, more scientific study, repeatable conclusions and go from there. One does not lobby for a diagnosis change either. That’s not science.

Dysfunctional living is being heavily marketed by the mainstream media.

“Those values on which we used to rely.” (from the opening song to Family Guy)
