I understood and understand the teachings just fine. I disagree with many of them. They do not align with the Scriptures.
The Gospel is not too much to comprehend. If your church’s beliefs are more complicated than the simple message of the Gospel, then there is a big problem.

38 For I am persuaded that neither death nor life, nor angels nor principalities nor powers, nor things present nor things to come, 39 nor height nor depth, nor any other created thing, shall be able to separate us from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

What about it?
Do you think that these verses teach eternal security?

There is a problem. But it is not with the Church, the pillar and ground of truth.

You mean they do not align with the oral traditions you have been taught by your pastor.

Fine then disprove transubstantiation from scripture. It should be simple for you to do.

No such thing. Sin is sin. The wages of SIN is death.

We are sinners, that is why we sin. Salvation doesn’t make anyone sinless. Are you having a hard time understanding grace? Were sin abounds, grace abounds even more. You can’t out sin God’s grace.
Not so. The Bible teaches that some sins are not deadly.

Then, if the wages of sin are death and you, by your own admission, are a sinner who needs to confess her sins to God, please explain to us how you still consider yourself saved through this whole process.

I am a Christian saved by grace through faith. I have confessed my sins to God and continue to do so, just as Scripture tells us to.
I am a new creation in Christ, given a new heart. This is the only reason anyone confesses their sins. Those dead in sin and tresspasses are not able to confess. God must first change us.

I think you fail to realize that it is the saved, those that are born again, that confess their sins.
Are you unsaved until you go to confession? If you walk out of church after confessing on Sunday, and you lust after someone, are you now unsaved until you confess that sin to your priest?

For the wages of SIN is death. There is only ONE sin that is unpardonable, leading to spiritual death, and that is blasphemy of the Holy Spirit.

I’ll examine my own conscience thank you very much.

What you fail to realize is the nature of sin.

Here’s something for you to chew on. One is not saved until the split second AFTER one dies.
Really? Jesus says otherwise.

Go in peace. Your faith has SAVED you. Luke 7:50

She’s alive and well. And saved.
It is then that God judges us and we will then know with absolute certainty what our eternal destiny is.
While we are on earth there is no way of knowing whether we will share in the beatific vision or not short of a direct revelation from God.
That teaching is nowhere to be found in Scripture. Scripture teaches just the opposite.

Whoever believes in Me HAS everlasting life. Not will have, but HAS. I think I’ll side with Jesus on this issue.

I just did. It says that nothing can separate us from the love of God. That is what it LITERALLY means.

Fine and dandy! But, as Scripture says, be careful lest you fall. But then, as you have already admitted, you have fallen since you first accepted Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior.

Right, the church, the entire body of believers, is the pillar and ground of truth, and there is no problem with His body. No one said otherwise.

How do your propose someone prove a negative? It is YOUR claim that the bread cease to be bread and becomes literal flesh. The proof lies on your shoulders, not mine.
