What you said is pretty much correct, but I’d advise against the use of the phrase, “trickle down economics”. Trickle down economics is actually a pejorative made up to demean that particular economic philosophy.

I think it is an accurate description of the policy because most of the benefit does stay at the top, with some of it benefiting the bottom only as a consequence of the top having gotten theirs first. "Supply-side economics " is much less obvious, unless you are a serious student of economics and know the jargon.
