No, something being incomprehensible means that I don’t understand it. It doesn’t make it false. Actually the term itself means “not able to be understood (by anyone)” Perhaps that is too strong a term since you allege you understand the trinity perfectly. You will be the first in 2000 years to do so, but I take you at your word.If you were presented with any doctrines/teachings that were admittedly “incomprehensible,” then would you say, based on your previous statements, that such a doctrine would be false if it was faith-based?
If you are willing to accept certain faith-based doctrines as true (or believable/acceptable) even though they are admittedly incomprehensible, how would those doctrines be any different than the Trinity, which you seem to criticize because it is “incomprehensible”?
I am waiting for you to explain the trinity to me so that I understand what you mean by it. Then it will be comprehensible and I will know whether or not the propositions describing it are verifyiable and hence, true or false.
Incomprehensibility has nothing to do with truth or falsity.
Is “noioiyhewjkanvf yh” true or false? Its truth depends on what it means!
It is a waste time to debate the truth of what is incomprehensible.
We might as well debate the truth of those letters above.
As I have said several times, ANY statement made on faith is neither true nor false. It is non-verifiable. You keep repeating the same thing.
My assertion is that the doctrine of the trinity as it has been stated here is “incomprehensible” in my opinion.
As I have also said, I will not speak of hypothetical doctrines.
You have repeated your trap, but have not changed anything you have said before.
