These types of threads that bash President Trump daily just show how desperate
the democrats are. If they had a great candidate opposing President Trump, they
should be showcasing that candidate. Unfortunately, all they have is a weak
candidate - Joe Biden. So, they are only left with criticizing and complaining about
President Trump. The democrats are looking very small and becoming more
irrelevant everyday.

Maybe he works for Politico because he posts every article they produce.

He is hardly the only one who has been wrong with such short-sighted goals. Granted, his short-sightedness causes shelves of supplies to remain empty, hospital capacity to be insufficient, and PPE to be in critical demand. In fact, I am very surprised at the lack of leadership at most levels of government.

Could be a never-Trumper Repub, but I doubt it. It does not bother me overmuch when people (other than Catholics) promote the agenda of the party of death, but it does creep me out when they do so with a picture of Jesus on the post. Puts me to mind of Pelosi claiming her Catholic faith impels her to be pro abortion. It’s like fingernails on a chalkboard.

I’m not a betting person but if Inwere my guess is yes n fact he is a dem

I guess it would be more appropriate (and more productive) to end the ad hominem and deal with the subject of the thread. After all, I have been warned repeatedly not to challenge or criticize a poster’s selection of a particular medium no matter how partisan it is or repetitive is the selection.

I thought you were referring to a personal, nervous breakdown, which Trump may be experiencing. I hope not. It also appears this crisis is taking its toll on Anthony Fauci. Only Pence looks calm and collected, at least on the surface.

I guess I’ve been around longer than you have. I am NOT surprised.

The sinking (or not) of Trump’s presidency is the LEAST of our country’s worries at the moment.

Please find something other than our President to focus on! He is doing his best! Maybe you could start by looking in the mirror and realize that this is a difficult time for ALL of us! What is happening is unbelievable! It is not only effecting a small group, but all of us. My heart goes out to all the working people who have lost their jobs…the medical workers…the helpless elderly who have suffered and finally died…Pray, Pray, and Pray again!

As I have said before, this is about the 25th thing that was going to “Sink the Presidency” since the man won the election. The Presidency seems to bobble along on the waves regardless. If he loses the election, then he’ll be sunk, but I’m not seeing great prowess of leadership coming out of the Dems in this latest crisis either.

He may not think so, because it would hurt his pride, but the best thing that can happen to Trump is for him to lose the election. Some may argue it would not be best for the country, especially given the alternative choice, Biden. But for either one, it would be the best thing that could happen to them. I do not envy the man who is elected in November.

A pandemic is bad enough, but there’s not much point in avoiding the virus if you get an ulcer watching all the partisan sniping and scare stories, many of which I predict will later turn out to have been incorrect or wildly exaggerated. Criticizing everything President Trump does in an attempt to score cheap political points off of a deadly pandemic, it’s not difficult to see it for what it is. I suspect Trump has had it up to his hairdo with it.

As the saying goes in journalism: “If it bleeds, it leads”, these days, that’s been updated to, “If it bleeds, it leads…especially if we can find any way to smear some of the blood on President Trump.

The media constantly harp on our differences to try to divide us, but when the chips are down, nobody helps their friends, neighbors and strangers the way Americans do.

I bet you won’t find these stories on CNN or MSNBC

Our elite media, celebrities and some of our politicians could take a lesson from our cops, truckers, nurses, farmers, business owners and grocery clerks, the real essential workers.

Although President Trump surely wishes this pandemic had not happened, I don’t think he will run from the responsibilites in front of him right now. He loves his country anf he is going to fight for Americans. Can you imagine how exhausted
Trump and Pence are right now and going to bed every night knowing tomorrow
the death toll will be higher and millions of people are out of work and stuck in our
homes - all social activities have ceased.

The media I’ve seen has been completely eclipsed by Covid-19. I haven’t seen much of anything on the remaining candidates.

One of the most incredible stories, from my perspective as a New Yorker, is the one I read the other day about a Brooklyn landlord who posted a notice in one of his buildings that the rent for the month of April has been canceled due to the health and financial crisis caused by the virus. Imagine that, a NYC landlord NOT collecting rent!

All NYC landlords, listen up!
