I wouldn’t say it’s normal for folks to regret their voting choice just 5 months after an inauguration. But I can understand that’s an unpleasant reality for his supporters who refuse to criticize him.
Some might be believing the daily garbage put out by NY Times, CNN, MSNBC, NBC
CBS, etc.

Unless they are keeping informed, it is hard to see the truth through the smoke.

It isn’t so much a matter of President Trump’s supporters refusing to criticize him as it is a matter of fact that his presidency of a mere five months has been bogged down by the relentless pursuit on the left to demoralize and diminish his duly appointed position.talks of impeaching him, etc.
I still to this day do not understand the irrational dislike and resistance to him.It really is unprecedented and shameful.

Blame the media is strong with some here.

I didn’t mention the media specifically but yes they are complicit in instigating and perpetuating the negative dialogue re President Trump. The visceral dislike however extends far beyond them into the general left leaning populace ,who are drinking the koolaid.

Good, I am glad that you disagree with Borealis about what the general assertion is.
Worth reading the series of articles on 538 if you want insight in the analysis of this years polling. But a first point to realize is that Trump’s coming through at 2:1 against, while a surprise, should not be seen as a shock.
Would you like some links to videos of liberals sitting in a state of stunned shock when the election results came in? I’ll be sure to include some with copious snowflake tears for extra entertainment. I’m serious; those videos are the best pick-me-ups I’ve ever seen. Caffeine has nothing on this feeling.

I would like to see them! 😃

When people call you a “snowflake” just remember they’re quoting Fight Club, a satire written by a gay man about how male fragility causes men to destroy themselves, resent society, and become radicalized, and that Tyler Durden isn’t the hero but a personification of the main character’s mental illness, and that his “snowflake” speech is a dig at how fascists use dehumanizing language to breed loyalty from insecure people.
So basically people who say “snowflake” as an insult are quoting a domestic terrorist who blows up skyscrapers because he’s insecure about how good he is in bed.

I would think Trump’s polling numbers would be higher if that were true.

Oh, sorry ** cough, fake new, cough **
On June 5-6, the president’s approval rating dipped to a low mark of 37%.

Wait, I thought Trump’s rating was just over 38%.

Oh, that’s right…wrong president. That 37% mark is Bill Clinton’s mark at the same point in his presidency as Trump today.

I’m not at all worried about the midterms, or about 2020. The Dems are going to have to put up a sacrificial lamb, because they’re going to be slaughtered.

Poll: Trump’s approval rating dips to 34%

I wouldn’t know about that; I’ve never seen the movie and have no interest in doing so. The reason I call them snowflakes? Simple: They are small, cold, insignificant, and mostly white, looking different on the outside but on the inside they are all identical. They melt in the sunlight and leave a wet mess in their wake. And when they are collected together in large numbers, they produce slippery slopes, are often an impediment to any real progress, and keep life from flourishing.

I’ve never seen a better term for liberals than ‘snowflakes.’ And I doubt I ever will.

Ahem.

One poll from a network that blatantly lied about Trump now being under a criminal investigation after the Comey testimony today. I don’t trust CNN to post the sports scores accurately, let alone poll numbers.
You could, of course, just open the link and click over to read the poll through Quinnipiac, which actually conducted it…
