The polls and pundits were dead wrong on the electoral college vote, which is the one that counts. You are spinning here by focusing only on the popular vote.
We’re not talking pundits. We’re talking polls. The polls weren’t wrong. They said that Clinton lead by 4. She won by 2. That means they were fairly accurate. It left a reasonable probability that Trump would win the electoral college. It’s not like the polls said Trump would lose by 20 and he lost by 2.

Wow. Someone has a really warped view of Reagan. He was America first all the way. He would not see the wisdom in a Russian dictator. Sad.
And Trump is America first all the way.
Putin is the President of Russia and responsible for the Russian people like Trump
is responsible for the American people.

you’re right, the democrats have been calm about accepting their losses and them and the media have given Trump the opportunity to succeed. I’m sure you know what a dead president would feel about a current world leader and I’m sure you’re not a democrat. And, we’ll never get old and never die.
I’m sure I have a better sense of what Reagan would have felt better than many here, that’s for sure.

Listen, it’s the Democrats job to fight parts of the agenda that are contrary to the direction they believe the country should go in, just like the Republicans did when Obama was elected. There is nothing stopping the Republicans from passing legislation except for Republicans. And the media is reporting. Honestly, you can’t look at Spicer and Trump’s tweets and come to the conclusion that the problem Trump has with the media is Trump’s doing. Remember his order saying that restricting Muslims from entering the country? The one that wasn’t a travel ban according to Spicer. Trump just tweeted it was a travel ban. That’s self induced. The media didn’t do that to him.

I think we’ve found the problem. You claim Hillary won and she didn’t. Please tell your friends and maybe once they understand that, they will calm down. Again, Hillary lost.

btw, those polls that you claim are accurate are done in each state. They were wrong about the democrats that flipped in the rust belt. Otherwise, she might have skipped a Hollywood dinner or two and campaigned there.
My point is the national polls weren’t wrong. To claim that Trump isn’t wildly unpopular because the polls were wrong on the election is a patent falsehood.

Sure he is. Goodness gracious, he really could shot someone on Fifth Avenue and keep his supporters, couldn’t he?

But she still lost.
Yep, she still lost. The electoral college. Not the popular vote. She won the popular vote by 2%.

I’m talking about the popular vote.

Not the electoral college.

The popular vote.

True, but did not the polls also predict a large victory for Clinton in the Electoral College?
As they would have given that a 1% victory gives you all the electoral votes for that state. Furthermore, it isn’t clear that the Comey downclick had found its way into state polling (state polls lag behind national for some reason).

I’ll type this very slowly. Hillary didn’t win. Trump didn’t lose.

You can type it as slow as you want, but perhaps if you spent more time reading slowly, you would understand that I am talking about the popular vote, not the election.

Trump lost the popular vote by 2%

But the polls should have been based on the electoral college since that is how our
President is elected. We don’t choose our President by popular vote. If the polls made you think she was going to win because she was ahead in the popular vote they
were misleading.

She lost. You’re not making any point but looking silly. Twice now you posted she won

Remember, my comment was in response to the post that the polls were inaccurate in the election, so we should discount any polls that say Trump is doing poorly among military or people in general. I said that the polls for the election were actually off by 2 points (which was enough to swing the electoral college, yes) so a poll that says the net approval of Trump is -20 points probably means that his net approval rate is between -16 and -24 points.

From the start and even now, he has always asserted the travel restrictions would be temporary. You and the rest of the radical left have consistently misrepresented what he said, wrote and meant.
