So my refusing to accept your speculation as fact is the same as putting my head in the sand? I don’t think so.Right, put your head in the sand, it won’t become an issue in the General election![]()

You can use the eye-roll emoticon.Sure he/she can - passing on scandal is all the rage in politics, right? (wish I had a sarcasm font)
A documented history of infidelity combined with recent public writings kinda sounds like facts to me. None of these people have been convicted of slander, do the best of my knowledge. So I am confused. Do "FACTS MATTER! " or is speculation, and rash judgment also good. Perhaps Theo has a singular understanding of the word “fact”.
I’m no Clinton supporter, but what exactly does Bill Clinton’s supposed affairs have to do with the election? Last I checked he isn’t running for office. And clearly Dems didn’t care when he was actually running for office.A documented history of infidelity combined with recent public writings kinda sounds like facts to me. Do you honestly think this won’t come up in the General Election?
Since when haven’t personal scandals become part of the political selection processI’m no Clinton supporter, but what exactly does Bill Clinton’s supposed affairs have to do with the election? Your definition of history is different than mine. I do not consider speculation on a book that has been sold that is soon to be published as history, especially when the author just passes on anecdotes from someone without documentation. I call that gossip, and gossip for profit.A documented history …
We can agree to disagree. I think there would be legal ramifications if what was published could not be substantiated.Your definition of history is different than mine. I have many reasons to want to see Hillary Clinton unemployed next year, but my reasons will not be based in hearsay allegations gossiped about on conservative blogs.
No, the ‘head in the sand’ reference was about whether the topic would be raised aggressively during the general election cycle. True or not, I think it has legs and will be part of the political football game.So my refusing to accept your speculation as fact is the same as putting my head in the sand? I don’t think so.
I will agree as far as saying this, and pretty much everything that has even a few believers, will become part of the presidential race, for both Clinton and Trump. I think that was your initial point anyway. We can agree to disagree. I think there would be legal ramifications if what was published could not be substantiated.
That would depend on what the meaning of the word is is.You can’t pass off you allegations of Bill’s current status as if they were accepted fact.
People may not have cared in the past, but many millennial voters today deserve to know what kind of background Hillary comes from and once they find out, they will not be amused.Hilary Clinton has plenty of her own scandals we can use, that are legitimate, we don’t need to go down the speculation rabbit hole about her husband. Especially when it’s likely to just solidify her base even more, since they never cared about Bill Clinton’s antics back in the day.
I am sometimes narrow-minded. I had not even thought of this point, just assuming everyone already knew these people.People may not have cared in the past, but many millennial voters today deserve to know what kind of background Hillary comes from and once they find out, they will not be amused.
Some of us don’t vote for a candidate just because their last name is say, Hispanic, I’m a Cruz fan but it’s not just because of his last name.I am sometimes narrow-minded. I had not even thought of this point, just assuming everyone already knew these people.
Nearly a third of Americans do not know who the Vice President is.I am sometimes narrow-minded. I had not even thought of this point, just assuming everyone already knew these people.
Is it still Spiro Agnew?Nearly a third of Americans do not know who the Vice President is.
All you are doing is substituting your unsubstantiated speculations with speculations by a former reporter and author of a book. That still does not rise to the level of generally accepted fact. I can probably find books by former reporters that claim all sorts of outrageous things you would not accept as fact. So don’t ask me to swallow Mr. Kessler’s book as fact either.A documented history of infidelity combined with recent public writings kinda sounds like facts to me.
There can be many reasons for book being ignored. It is still speculation that the reason is that it is true.None of these people have been convicted of slander, do the best of my knowledge.
