How in the world is he bypassing the media? He seems to be benefitting from constant coverage, many events are covered, he’s frequently doing interviews, he’s often featured as a phone in. And his Tweets and retweets.

Actually no. I have my own source of alternative media. I can show you the source but somehow I don’t think you’d be interested. I don’t watch any of the channeled not even Fox News.

He’s bynpaasing the media by interacting with his audience at rallies. It’s the real trump a real person talking to people out there, working his rear end trying to win their votes. Those who go to his rallies don’t rely on a media filter to hear him. Those watch his rallies without commentary are bypassing he media. They are making their own judgement about the man by listening to him talk, not in snippets chosen by the media but long passionate speeches coming from the heart on issues troubling the country. No TelePrompTer either.

You don’t see any other candidates do this, perhaps sanders during the primary. Hillary definitely doesn’t have the strength or stamina to do rallies like trump. She also doesn’t have the likeability in front of real people without mediation of the media.

I’m gonna take a wild guess and say it’s Breitbart.

It’s definitely Breitbart.

Also, your man is losing and will lose and it won’t be the media’s fault. It will be his fault. But rest assured, he will find a way to scapegoat someone else, say it was all “rigged” or whatever. Never his fault. Never his voters’ fault. Always someone else’s.

That’s how you make the money kids. You tell aggrieved working class white people fairy tales and they pay you the big bucks.

Interacting with his audience? Do you mean by pointing at someone, or kissing a baby or two?

What does this have to do with his competence to be commander in chief?

I am quite skeptical that “those who go to his rallies” don’t rely on a media filter.

If they don’t listen to the news then they are the most uninformed voters here.

And that’s not something I would brag about if I were a Trump supporter.

I must not be understanding how he isn’t benefitting from media. And his campaign is focusing only on rallies. :confused:He just did an interview with George Stephonopolous. He even did an interview with O Reilly interrupting his own convention.

I never said he does only rallies. He will go anywhere including mainstream media but the media can’t take away the rallies.

He benefited massively from the media in the primaries because he sucked up all the oxygen in the room and thensome.

But when you’re running a general election, the game is different. You start out with ~40% support but your opponent also starts with ~40%. The game is to get a plurality of the remaining 20%.

And, this just in, that remaining 20% isn’t a bunch of folks who would vote in Republican primaries. Turns out when you say ludicrous things and dominate the airwaves and the Internet with those comments… you tend to push people away from you in this new game.

Who would have thought?

Oh right, everybody who said Trump was literally the only Republican candidate who could throw this election away to Hillary. And he’s doing it.

My main source is theconservativetreehouse.com, a blog done by a private citizen. I also follow some people on Twitter. It’s media hosted by citizens uprising, if you will.
