Robert Byrd in the Senate until 2010 or whatever it was, was a Klan member and Democrat. So, KKK is mainly democrat supported.

I see the Democrats have 2 white candidates, the Republicans have a diversity of candidates.

We’re are most of the kkk located? In the south. Let’s be honest, this is mainly republican area. Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia.

Someone can say oh I live in that area and I’m not kkk. Just see were is at.

Something that ties in, the confederate flag, were do you mainly see it? Down south. These individuals mainly vote? Republican

I’m not sure how you’re defining diversity but the Dems are offering a woman and a Jew.

Robert Byrd was a KKK member back in the 1940s and stopped being a member in 1952. He was not still a member in 2010. As he later said:
In 1997, Byrd told an interviewer he would encourage young people to become involved in politics but also warned, “Be sure you avoid the Ku Klux Klan. Don’t get that albatross around your neck. Once you’ve made that mistake, you inhibit your operations in the political arena.”[22] In his last autobiography, Byrd explained that he was a KKK member because he “was sorely afflicted with tunnel vision — a jejune and immature outlook — seeing only what I wanted to see because I thought the Klan could provide an outlet for my talents and ambitions.”[23] Byrd also said, in 2005, “I know now I was wrong. Intolerance had no place in America. I apologized a thousand times … and I don’t mind apologizing over and over again. I can’t erase what happened.”

How about in 2008, democrats had a women (Hillary), a black man (Obama). In the past people like jesse Jackson and al Sharpton, both were trying to become democratic candidates.

So many wrong statements that I don’t know where to start.

Let’s try this. Most mountain lions are located in the West. Am I a mountain lion because I live here, then?

Why don’t we first prove Trump is a knights kkk, then admit that is an untruth.

Sorry, klan barely exists and have barely existed since the 1960s, the South was Democrat then and it is not now.

Were was the kkk in the 60s. Didn’t the national guard got sent to the south to help integrate the schools? Check history.

The confederate flag, is a south thing. Check, didn’t late last year, South Carolina have a big fight in order to take down the confederate flag from the state house.

Obama is half-white; also, Democrats blocked or tried to block minority appointments by Bush such as Clarence Thomas and Alberto Gonzales.

The Democratic platform stands for the annihilation of millions of lives if one is going to talk bluntly, killing many more blacks than the KKK ever did and that is on the blackgenocide.org website.

When obamas pastor made some bad comments in 08, people gave a tantrum bc he didn’t distance himself. You can’t have it both ways.

What was the South in the '60s? It was Democratic, George Wallace ran, he was a Democrat, he ran in 1968 as an independent and won Southern States. Those States then were solidly Democratic including Texas where LBJ came from.

The Republican South Carolina Governor tried to take down that Confederate flag back in 1998 or something, Republicans tried to take it down long ago.

Didn’t Obama nominate a Hispanic to the scotus?

His attorney general, a black man Eric holder, the current attorney general, black women.
He had several Hispanics in his cabinet.

So Obama is half white? So his mom is American, so that makes him American, isn’t that ironic bc republicans are defending Cruz, bc of his birth and status?

How ironic, a democrat has something and their wrong, a republican does something similar and, oh, they had a reason to do that.

And yet, after the Civi Rights legislation, they became Republican. LBJ said that the legislation would cause the South to become Republican . Why did that happen then? Why did he think that?

Are these states democrat now! Is racism still going on today there? I think both questions have a yes answer. There’s still a lot of racism there even though now it’s a republican area.
