No, the game being played here is if Republican calls the election legit, then they are labeled a never-trumper, rino, etc. TDS is very strong and real 'round these parts.

Last week she said Trump was an illegitimate president. She has maintained for four years that she really won.
That is a significant concern, as we’ve seen violence in the streets from his supporters all summer. That is not the reason to inaugurate him. The reason to inaugurate him is if he wins 270 or more electoral votes. Whatever happens, it has to be transparent and above board.

That’s what matters. It shouldn’t be the result of voter fraud, however. The reality is that there probably is not enough fraud to change the state determinations. Biden is ahead in the swing states by about the same margin as Trump won by 4 years ago. While Trump has every right to the legal process, it likely will not change the outcome.
Why not? States make those determinations.
