Interesting that Tucker reports that it is illegal in Rwanda to make appeals to race during election campaigns.

Tucker warns that we are moving away from Christian principles and this is weakening society.

He also suggests that no one is speaking up for Christian principles of absolute equality under the law but many submitting to the replacement principles that deliver the opposite.

 
Rwanda had an ethnic genocide back in the 90s. Maybe they want to steer clear of talk that would inflame folks again.
