Hello everyone - today was day one so I’m full of Chemo and feeling bad, and not making much sense - but I want to THANK YOU ALL AGAIN!!!:o

This is February 2012 - that means, I’m “supposed to be” dead! I’m not. I don’t understand it. I have bonded with some others in my situation from cancer groups online or in person - some of them have died, or have gone into hospice:(

I have one tiny tumor visible, and im danger of gaining too much weight! Not a normal risk for someone dying.🤷 ( I heart chocolate)

I have manage to do a decent job at work lately ( only on the 3rd week of my 3-week cycle)

My relationship with God almighty has not gotten much better. Now it seems sort of like - the CEO of GM (God) and the guy on a car assembly line, who is trying his best, but will never actually talk with the CEO. I hope that doesn’t sound stupid. I don’t know how to describe it, so I say it differently every time.

My boss’ boss at work said to me - “you don’t have to talk to God, you’re still here because he has things for you to do.”

Tim, God will instantly stop the assembly line to listen to you. And, He has. Just remember that the worse you feel, the better the chemo is doing its job. You have been in, and will remain in daily prayer. Amen.

Good grief! Has it been over one year already? Time flies for those of us living on borrowed time, huh?

Tim it is great to hear from you.I am sorry you are suffering the effects of chemo and hope and pray you don’t have to suffer too much.Wonderful miracle though that you are alive as you say! Continued prayers promised for you my friend.Take care and God bless

Dear Lord I thank You for guiding all medical professionals involved in Tims care to have the skills and knowledge to heal him.We thank You for the blessings that his cnacer is shrinking and for the opportunities of new procedures that would help Tim.Lord thankyou for good results of the last CT scan.Lord please grant Tim complete healing and fill his heart full of confidence that he will know Your love for him.Lord we pray Tim will be healed to continue to raise his beautiful children and support his beautiful wife.Lord in Your mercy hear our prayers Amen

St. Jude, the glorious apostle faithful servant and friend of Jesus,
the patron of hopeless cases of things despaired of,
pray for our friend TIM who is sick and so miserable.
Make use we implore you of this particular privilege accorded to you,
to bring visible and speedy help where help is almost despaired of.
Come to our assistance in this great time of need,
that TIM may receive the consolations and succor of Heaven
in all his necessities, tribulations and sufferings,
particularly to help our friend to get better from his illness
and to give him good health
and to guide his path,
and that we may bless God with you
and all the elect forever.

A Prayer to St. Peregrine for Sick Relatives and Friends

O great St. Peregrine, you have been called “The Mighty”, the “The Wonder Worker” because of the numerous miracles which you obtained from God for those who have turned to you in their need. For so many years you bore in your own flesh this cancerous disease that destroys the very fiber of our being. You turned to God when the power of human beings could do no more, and you were favored with the vision of Jesus coming down from His cross to heal your affliction. I now ask God to heal these sick persons whom I entrust to you:

Prayer for a Miracle

God of all creation, you who spoke a simple command and brought forth light from
the darkness, I ask you now to send forth your miracle-working power to heal (TIM). You cleansed the lepers, opened the eyes of the blind and by
speaking a simple command, you empowered the crippled to rise up and walk.
You sent forth your life-giving power to all those in need, including those you raised from
the dead. I ask you to send forth your healing power into TIM’s body and give him the strength to fight his illness. I ask this through my Lord, Jesus Christ, your Son, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, for ever and ever. Amen
 
. Heavenly Father , we praise and thank You most gratefully and humbly for this miraculous and wonderful healing that You have wrought in Tim .Through Your mercy and compassion and by Your Almighty Power , You have now given Tim the hope that You will grant him full healing. We pray that You will continue to heal him and grant him a full recovery . Amen .

Dear Jesus, Divine Physician and Healer of the sick,we turn to you in this time of illness. O dearest comforter of the troubled, alleviate our worry and sorrow with your gentle love, and grant us the grace and strength to accept this burden. Amen .
Dear God, we place our worries in your hands.We place Tim under your care and humbly ask that you restore him to completely good health again. Above all, grant us the grace to acknowledge your will and know that whatever you do, you do for the love of us. Amen.
