What a crazy ride it’s been!
Ben – last night was a turning point for me. He’s always been an evil genius – the kind you secretly root for. Even like. And even though you see him manipulating everyone, you kind of think (or at least hope) that he’s the good guy. But after killing Locke, it’s going to take a lot to convince me that he’s good.
Widmore – so is he the good guy now? He seemed like a hot-head at 17 and a jerk w/ Desmond. Maybe it is a case that they (he & Ben) are both the bad guys?
Caesar – is that his name? Who is this guy? When we first saw him behind Jack in line at the airport, I asked my wife the same question. I thought we’ve seem him before somewhere. And finding a map of the island but lieing about it. And the gun.
Matthew Abaddon – we’ve seen him before and now we find out he works for Widmore. But all of that raises the question of his last name. We know what it means, but what does it mean?
Hilarious when we see Locke trying to convince people. Hurley thinks he’s dead. No big deal. Then he finds out he’s alive (asking the nurse was hilarious) and freaks out. Kate asking him about loving someone and when Locke finishes his story talking about obsessing, Kate replies “and look how far you’ve come”.
Also when the new survivors are asking him questions and he’s being pretty honest. And now that I think of it, he kept his promise to Jin. I thought for sure he had just gone down the path of being a Ben.
One of the funniest lines of last week – “I think you can let go now” {Miles to Sawyer holding the rope}
Walt – that looks like the same kid. What are they going to do if they ever need a flashback? He seems to grow a foot a season!
Eloise – what’s her interest?
Ben – who beat him up?
We still get to see how Sayid and Kate (maybe Frank too?) get to be on the plane. I loved Kate’s line last week to Jack “just because we’re all here doesn’t mean we’re together”
This season has been incredibly violent to me.
Still loving the ride though!
But we don’t know his true motivations, afterall Richard told Locke he had to die. Maybe he “couldn’t” commit suicide…
