I would listen to overtly gay classical music, simply because any composer who could make classical music conform to sexual preference must be a virtuoso of staggering ability.Tchaikovsky’s music is pretty lush, but not overtly gay.
Firstly, homosexuals are deviant; and secondly His Holiness actually said:I am really opposed to this almost fundamentalist attack on homosexuals as some deviant horrors whose actions, talents, and artistic endeavours are somehow evil.
We are all sinners living in glass houses and we must respect the talents and accomplishment of every person regardless of sexual orientation. Who are we to class them as sinners? As the Pope says “Who am I to judge?”
If a person is gay and seeks the Lord and is of good will, who am I to judge?
As do I, being deeply amused by the antics of the gay couple on the show. I think that we all need to take a step back and realise that homosexual relationships are normal. They may not be good, as the people within them are active homosexuals, which is bad, but like it or not homosexual relationships are normal in our society and have been for a long time now. Denying that will not help anything.I actually laugh at Modern Family.
