Dear People,

My parish is in need of prayer for two intentions.

One is a problem that has been going on for a long time. Both the Pastor as well as the parishioners who do not agree with the instigators are being harassed. Things are ugly.

The other is a rental parish property at which the renters want to make permanent building modifications. The renters have the money and claim they will pay for everything. Things are not “right” here. I normally do not “care” about buildings, etc., but my spirit is not happy with this one!

I now need help in praying for the Lord’s justice for each of the above. Peace at all cost is not what Our Lord wants. Our Lord loves my parish and only Our Lord knows what is best for my parish.

In human terms, this is all going to take years. For Him, a year is a second – and He can resolve this whole thing so fast that our heads would. . . .

Thank you very much for your prayers.

Oh God, Almighty and loving Father, we, Your children, are meeting this evening about the building and all the problems we are having with “it”.

Last night’s meeting went “all right” – no name-calling or any thing like that. Thanks be to God!

However, there continues to be quite a bit of turmoil. Things are not “right”.

Please Lord, get rid of all the oppression and every single negativity coming from the tenants and their organization. If that is not possible, give us new tenants. Tenants who will work together with the Pastor, Religious, and the parish.

Please make the diocese authorities see with Your eyes, feel with Your heart, and really realize what is going on and the harm it is causing Your Church. Let the diocese authorities see all the tenant’s lies and two-facedness.

Lord, thank you for being in our hearts and lips during that meeting and open the diocese eyes for them to realize that the things said were to be constructive of, and to uphold Your Church. Give us tenants, Lord, who love children and who will not hinder their religious instruction and growth.

Jesus, you who can and do protect the fields for cattle owners, and to the town’s amazement prevented the government from displacing him; we ask You now to protect the children receiving religious education and their teachers.

Lord, You are Loving and Just. If your Love is not the right thing here, we then humbly ask for Your Divine Justice so that the work of Your Church may continue in our parish – Your parish, Lord.

Help us Jesus. Thank you, Jesus. Amen
